Spodnie Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 12.02.2001. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego sa spodnie przeznaczony do uzytkowania zarówno przez mezczyzn jak i kobiety. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa jego postac przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie elementów, zmierzajacych do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru jest przestawiony na zalaczonej fotografii fig 1, gdzie jest uwidoczniona przednia strona spodni. Spodnie wedlug wzoru sa wykonane z wiotkiego materialu, korzystnie tkaniny. Charakteryzuja sie one tym, ze ich przednia strona ma po bokach dwie kieszenie wpuszczane, o lukowej górnej krawedzi, obwiedzionej dwoma rzedami szycia, zakonczonego z obu stron okraglymi guzikami, a jedna z kieszeni ma na wewnetrznej stronie naszyta mala kieszen zaopatrzona w narozach w okragle zapinki, a jej boki maja podwójne obszycie, przy czym material tej kieszeni jest dzielony, natomiast rozporek ma podwójne obszycie,zas nogawki maja przy koncach podwójne obszycie, natomiast w pasie sa dwie szlufki zawierajace pojedyncze obszycie i usytuowane przy rozporku ozdobionym okragla zapinka, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1. Przedmiot wzoru moze byc wykonany w dowolnych kolorach i ich zestawieniach. PL PL PLTrousers The right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since February 12, 2001. The design covers trousers intended for use by both men and women. The essence of an ornamental design is its new form, manifested in its shape and arrangement of elements, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The design is shown in the attached photograph (Fig. 1), which shows the front side of the trousers. The trousers, as per the design, are made of a supple material, preferably fabric. They are characterized by the fact that their front side has two inset pockets with a curved upper edge, bordered with two rows of stitching, finished with round buttons on both sides, and one of the pockets has a small sewn-on pocket on the inside, equipped with round clasps in the corners, and its sides have double stitching, with the material of this pocket being divided, while the fly has double stitching, and the legs have double stitching at the ends, while the waist has two belt loops containing a single stitching and located near the fly decorated with a round clasp, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1. The pattern can be made in any colors and their combinations. PL PL PL
