Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest listwa oslonowa umozliwiajaca zamontowanie oswie- tlenia LED, znajdujaca zastosowanie w budownictwie do wykonczenia wnetrz. Listwa oslonowa wyko- nana jest z tworzywa sztucznego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia listwe oslonowa z tworzywa sztucznego w rzucie aksonometrycznym, z dluzszymi ramio- nami usytuowanymi w pionie, fig. 2 przedstawia w rzucie aksonometrycznym listwe oslonowa z two- rzywa sztucznego z dluzszymi ramionami usytuowanymi równolegle w poziomie, a fig. 3 przedstawia w rzucie aksonometrycznym listwe oslonowa z tworzywa sztucznego z dluzszymi ramionami usytu- owanymi w pionie i przelotowymi otworami na jednym z nich. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego listwy oslonowej sa nastepujace: - listwe stanowi monolit zlozony z dwóch polaczonych ze soba ramion tworzacych w widoku z boku w przyblizeniu ksztalt malej litery „h"; - ramiona sa w ksztalcie litery L i sa usytuowane tak, ze krótsze ramie jednego z nich jest prostopadle do dluzszego ramienia drugiego; - ramiona w ksztalcie litery L usytuowane sa parami w plaszczyznach równoleglych do siebie; - na powierzchniach dwóch ramion prostopadlych wzgledem siebie wykonane sa przeloto- we otwory, przy czym na jednym ramieniu znajduje sie perforacja wzdluz dluzszej krawe- dzi, a na drugim ramieniu otwory.PL 20789 3 Ilustracja wzoruPL 20789 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the Industrial Design: The subject of the industrial design is a cover strip enabling the installation of LED lighting, used in construction for interior finishing. The cover strip is made of plastic. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows an axonometric view of the plastic cover strip with the longer arms arranged vertically, Fig. 2 shows an axonometric view of the plastic cover strip with the longer arms arranged parallel horizontally, and Fig. 3 shows an axonometric view of the plastic cover strip with the longer arms arranged vertically and through holes in one of them.
