Zarówno wzór, jak i jego odmiany przedstawione zostaly w widoku perspektywicznym nieco z przodu. The industrial design being protected is shown in Figure 1, while Figures 2, 3, and 4 illustrate its variants. Both the design and its variants are presented in a perspective view, slightly from the front. List of varieties of the industrial design: 1) basket - fig. 1, 2) basket with an additional opening - fig. 2, 3) metallic basket - fig. 3, 4) metallic basket with an additional opening - fig. 4. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1 - a basket - is that: - it is a three-dimensional container, the lower outline of which resembles a circle, while the upper outline - an oval, and - the container resembles a solid in the shape of a vertical cylinder; - the upper part of the basket body is cut diagonally - i.e. in such a way that the container is higher at the front than at the rear - and closed with a substantially flat element, which constitutes a sort of bottom of the container; - an opening is made in the surface of the side wall of the basket, slightly below the bottom line, wherein - the outline of the opening resembles a relatively low trapezoid, the edge of the upper base of which has been slightly arched, so that as a result the lines of the upper and lower edges of the trapezoid base are substantially parallel to the edge lines - respectively: the bottom and the bottom of the basket; - the surface of the described element is substantially smooth; - Additionally, on the surface of the basket's side wall – in its upper and lower parts, i.e., slightly above the upper edge of the opening and slightly above the bottom of the basket, respectively – there are small, grooved recesses visible, each resembling a circumferential ring – parallel to the upper and lower edges of the basket, respectively. The three-dimensional form of the design is submitted for protection, without any color designation. A feature of the variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 - a basket with an additional opening - are the features described above for the features of the design shown in Fig. 1, describing the basket, while the feature that distinguishes it from the design shown in Fig. 1 and the essential feature of the variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 is that: - an additional opening is made centrally in the surface of the side wall of the basket, and - the outline of the opening resembles the cross-section of a funnel with rounded corners. The feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 3 - a metallic basket - are the features described above for the features of the design shown in Fig. 1, describing the basket, while the feature that distinguishes it from the design shown in Fig. 1 and the essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 3 is that: - the basket is made of brushed metal.
