Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta przeznaczona do nakladania jej na pojemniki do lodów spozywczych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonej ilustracji, która przedstawia wzór jako plaska figure, przypominajaca w zarysie owal z naniesionymi na jego wewnetrznej po- wierzchni, wielobarwnymi elementami graficznymi. Elementy graficzne podzielone sa na dwie grupy. Grupa pierwsza, zawarta na polu kola wpisanego w pole owalu, posiada tlo bialo-kremowe, na którym naniesiony jest napis lody familijne, pisany czcionka imitujaca pismo odreczne, przy czym wyraz lody jest w kolorze brazowym a wyraz familijne w kolorze rózowym. Pod tym napisem umiesz- czony jest drugi napis, w trzech wierszach, O SMAKU SZARLOTKI Z CYNAMONEM, w kolorze brazo- wym. Ponizej tego napisu umieszczony jest wizerunek trójkatnego kawalka szarlotki z umieszczonymi z jego boku rurkami waflowymi i sproszkowanym cynamonem. Grupa druga elementów graficznych, umieszczona na pozostalej czesci owalu, przedstawia mase lodowa, w kolorze zóltym, w której zanurzony jest czerpak, w kolorze fioletowym z przebarwie- niami bieli, do porcjowania lodów. Na srodku pola owalu, w jego górnej czesci, umieszczony jest napis ZEsiuk, laczacy obydwie grupy elementów graficznych, który jest nazwiskiem wlasciciela firmy i jednoczesnie stanowi logo tej firmy, przy czym litera Z jest w kolorze fioletowym a pozostale litery Esiuk, sa w kolorze rózowym. Na dole drugiej czesci pola umieszczony jest napis obj. netto 1 litr, w kolorze brazowym, pisany czcionka przypominajaca pismo odreczne. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest wyrazny podzial jego grafiki na dwie grupy: - grupe pierwsza, która zawiera informacje o walorach smakowych produktu znajdujacego sie w pojemniku, przedstawiona opisowo za pomoca slowa pisanego i wizualnie za po- moca ilustracji przedstawiajacej porcje szarlotki z rurkami waflowymi i rozsypanym cy- namonem, - grupe druga, która ilustruje wyglad produktu i jego konsystencje pokazana przy pomocy czerpaka zanurzonego w produkt. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which presents the design as a flat figure, resembling an oval in outline with multi-coloured graphic elements applied to its inner surface. The graphic elements are divided into two groups. The first group, contained in the field of a circle inscribed in the field of the oval, has a white-cream background, on which the inscription "lody familijne" is applied, written in a font imitating handwriting, with the word "lody" in brown and the word "familijne" in pink. Below this inscription, there is a second inscription, in three lines, "O SMAKU SZARLOTKI Z CYNAMONEM", in brown. Below this inscription, there is an image of a triangular piece of apple pie with wafer rolls and powdered cinnamon placed on its side. The second group of graphic elements, placed on the remaining part of the oval, presents a yellow ice cream mass, in which a scoop, purple with white discolorations, for portioning the ice cream is immersed. In the middle of the oval field, in its upper part, there is the inscription ZEsiuk, connecting both groups of graphic elements, which is the name of the owner of the company and at the same time constitutes the logo of this company, with the letter Z being in purple and the remaining letters Esiuk, in pink. At the bottom of the second part of the field, there is the inscription net volume 1 liter, in brown, written in a font resembling handwriting. An essential feature of an industrial design is the clear division of its graphics into two groups: - the first group, which contains information about the taste of the product in the container, presented descriptively using written words and visually using an illustration of a portion of apple pie with wafer rolls and sprinkled cinnamon, - the second group, which illustrates the appearance of the product and its consistency, shown using a scoop immersed in the product.
