The profile according to the industrial design is characterized by a new form, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the edge lines of its elements' walls, which allows for the design of glazing with original and unconventional shapes, ensuring comfort and high utility values. The profile according to the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, which shows the frame profile in cross-section. Significant features of the industrial design: The aluminum profile is a Z-shaped section, with flat-walled aluminum elements on the inner walls featuring a trapezoidal slot for a non-metallic thermal break and a conical cutout for a rubber seal. The side walls feature a trapezoidal groove for mounting a glazing bead. The cuboid non-metallic thermal break with a single-sided protrusion has appropriately shaped recesses for tight mounting in the trapezoidal slots of the aluminum elements.
