Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wiadro gospodarcze, znajdujace zastosowanie pod- czas wykonywania róznorodnych czynnosci w gospodarstwie domowym, w róznorodnych pracach porzadkowych, jak równiez w przemysle, glównie budownictwie, w rolnictwie i innych dziedzinach. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, cechy linii, kontury, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielo- krotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 - prezentu- je wiadro w widoku ogólnym z boku i od frontu, natomiast fig. 2 - uwidacznia wiadro w widoku z góry. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany takze na rysunku, fig. 3 - uwidaczniajacym wiadro w widoku per- spektywicznym bez uchwytu. Wiadro gospodarcze, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonane z tworzyw sztucznych i przeznaczone do odtwarzania w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, zaprezentowanego na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 1 i fig. 2, oraz na rysunku fig. 4 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze wiadro jest uksztaltowane w formie rozszerzajacej sie nieco ku górze, otwartej bryly o zarysie kolowym. Od spodu wiadro ma eliptyczne wglebienie, ulatwiajace przytrzymywanie go podczas napelniania lub oprózniania z zawartosci, widoczne od wewnatrz jako wypuklosc. Dolna krawedz wiadra jest zaokraglona. W poblizu górnej krawedzi wiadro jest nieco po- szerzone. Poszerzenie stanowi obwodowa wypuklosc z wywinieciem na górze, tworzaca u dolu uskok na powierzchni wiadra. W poszerzonej czesci sa wykonane po bokach wypuklosci, do których sa przymocowane ramiona uchwytu. Od strony frontowej wiadro ma wytloczenie skierowane ku przodowi, tworzace wylew. Scianki wylewu sa wypukle na zewnatrz. Palak uchwytu jest nieregularnej szeroko- sci, z linowymi wypuklosciami po bokach i wglebieniem wewnatrz. Jego ramiona w poblizu mocowania do wypuklosci u góry wiadra przebiegaja pionowo, a nastepnie wzdluz luków przechodza w odcinek poziomy. Palak uchwytu po bokach poziomej czesci ma otwory. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the shape, features of lines, contours, colors, material and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the design has been presented in the attached photographs, in which fig. 1 - presents the bucket in a general view from the side and front, while fig. 2 - shows the bucket in a top view. The subject of the design has also been illustrated in the drawing, fig. 3 - showing the bucket in a perspective view without a handle. The utility bucket, according to the industrial design, is made of plastics and is intended for reproduction in an industrial or craftsmanship manner. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design, presented in the attached photograph, fig. 1 and fig. 2, and in the drawing fig. 4 - include that the bucket is shaped in the form of an open, circular shape that widens slightly upwards. The bucket has an elliptical recess at the bottom, making it easier to hold when filling or emptying the contents, visible from the inside as a bulge. The lower edge of the bucket is rounded. The bucket is slightly widened near the upper edge. The widening is a circumferential bulge with a roll-off at the top, creating a step at the bottom on the surface of the bucket. In the widened part, there are bulges on the sides, to which the arms of the handle are attached. On the front side, the bucket has an embossment directed forward, creating a spout. The walls of the spout are convex outwards. The handle bar is of irregular width, with linear bulges on the sides and a recess inside. Its arms run vertically near the attachment to the bulge at the top of the bucket, and then along the arcs turn into a horizontal section.
