Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kanapa zaopatrzona w tapicerowane boczki. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ogólnym ksztalcie mebla, a szczególnie w ksztalcie siedzisk i poduch, ukladzie linii wykonczen oraz ksztalcie konturów boczków i oparc. Po- nadto kanapa posiada cechy uzytkowe zwiazane z funkcja przeksztalcania z mebla do siedzenia w mebel do lezenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony, na rysunku w widokach perspektywicz- nych, gdzie fig. 1. przedstawia kanape w pozycji przednio-bocznej, zas fig. 2. - kanape w pozycji z przodu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zawiera podstawe z siedziskiem, w którym górna po- wierzchnia poduchy siedziska stanowi jednolita bryle z przednia pionowa powierzchnia oslonowa, laczac sie z nia lagodnie wyoblona krawedzia. Przednia pionowa powierzchnia jest u dolu ozdobiona waskim poziomym paskiem w odmiennym kontrastujacym kolorze. Ponadto obydwie powierzchnie sa przedzielone w polowie wyraznym przeszyciem. Za siedziskiem, w tylnej czesci podstawy jest usytu- owane tapicerowane oparcie w formie szerokiego prostopadloscianu, które jest osloniete z przodu dwiema szerokimi poduchami oparcia, majacymi fantazyjny ksztalt, gdzie powierzchnia przednia jest lekko przechylona do tylu, zas u góry pólkoliscie wyoblona i nachodzaca na pozioma powierzchnie oparcia. Waznym elementem kanapy sa podu- chy oparc, których ksztalt jest wynikiem opracowania specjalnego ksztaltu przekroju prefabrykatu piankowego. The originality of the industrial design is evident in the overall shape of the furniture, particularly the shape of the seats and cushions, the arrangement of the trim lines, and the contours of the side panels and backrests. Furthermore, the sofa possesses functional features related to the function of transforming from a seat to a reclining seat. The industrial design is illustrated in the drawing in perspective views, where Fig. 1 shows the sofa in a front-side position, and Fig. 2 shows the sofa in a front position. The industrial design comprises a base with a seat, in which the upper surface of the seat cushion forms a uniform solid with a front vertical protective surface, connecting to it with a gently rounded edge. The front vertical surface is decorated at the bottom with a narrow horizontal stripe in a different, contrasting color. Furthermore, the two surfaces are divided in the middle by a distinctive stitching. Behind the seat, in the rear part of the base, is an upholstered backrest in the form of a wide cuboid, covered at the front by two wide backrest cushions with an imaginative shape, the front surface slightly tilted backward, and the top semicircularly rounded, overlapping the horizontal surface of the backrest. The front surfaces of the cushions are decorated with single narrow vertical stripes, matching the color of the seat decoration, and are placed one-third of the way from the outer edges of the cushions. The upholstered side panels have flat, smoothly finished side surfaces that are semicircularly rounded at the bottom. Furthermore, the edges, which are also flat and arc-shaped at the top corners, feature narrow decorative stripes in the center along their entire length, matching the seat's decorative stripe. Furthermore, the stripes at the bottom of the side panels curve toward the interior surface and connect at the same level with the horizontal seat decorative stripe. The sofa's base incorporates a box with an additional cushion and is equipped with fittings that allow it to be converted into a lounger. A key element of the sofa is the backrest cushions, whose shape is the result of a specially developed cross-sectional shape of the prefabricated foam. This feature significantly enhances the furniture's commercial appeal. Essential features of the industrial design The sofa comprises a base with a seat in which the upper surface of the seat cushion is a uniform block with the front vertical covering surface, connecting with it with a gently rounded edge, furthermore the front vertical surface is decorated at the bottom with a narrow horizontal stripe in a different contrasting colour, with both surfaces being divided in the middle by a distinct stitching, while behind the seat, in the rear part of the base, there is an upholstered backrest in the form of a wide cuboid, which is covered at the front with two wide backrest cushions having a fancy shape, where the front surface is slightly tilted backwards, and at the top it is semi-circularly rounded and overlapping the horizontal surface of the backrest, furthermore the front surfaces of the cushions are provided with single narrow vertical stripes having a colour matching the stripe of the seat decoration and they are placed 1/3 of the width of the cushions from their extreme edges, while the upholstered sides have flat, smoothly finished side surfaces, which are semicircularly rounded at the bottom, and in addition the edges, which are also flat and arc-shaped at the upper corners, have narrow decorative stripes in the middle along their entire length in the color matching the seat decoration stripe, while in the lower part of the sides, the stripes are curved towards the inner surface and at the same level connect with the horizontal seat decoration stripe, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.PL 20894 3 Illustration of the patternPL 20894 4 Department of Publishing UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
