Segment ozdobny stanowi element metalowy - pret pionowy zwlaszcza pret ze stali nierdzew- nej, na którym osadzone sa cztery elementy kuliste, przy czym kula o najwiekszej srednicy jest na górze przedmiotowego preta, zas kula o najmniejszej srednicy znajduje sie na dole - kule te osadzone sa w równych odleglosciach od siebie tworzac symetryczny segment ozdobny, przeznaczony do deko- racji elementów wskazanych powyzej, tj. przesla parkanu, przesla balustrady balkonowej, balkonu, furtki lub bramy. 1. Odmiana pierwsza Odmiane pierwsza segmentu ozdobnego stanowia cztery kule o róznej srednicy osadzone na precie, zwlaszcza precie ze stali nierdzewnej, przy czym kula o najwiekszej srednicy osadzona jest na górze preta, pod nia osadzona jest kula o mniejszej srednicy, nastepnie osadzona zostala kula o jesz- cze mniejszej srednicy od kuli osadzonej pod najwieksza z kul, zas na dole osadzona zostala naj- mniejsza z wszystkich czterech kul. Kule osadzone sa symetrycznie - w równej odleglosci wzgledem siebie. Odmiana pierwsza zostala zilustrowana jako fig. 1 i fig. 8. 2. The decorative segment is a metal element – a vertical rod, particularly a stainless steel rod, on which four spherical elements are mounted, with the ball with the largest diameter at the top of the rod, and the ball with the smallest diameter at the bottom – these balls are mounted at equal distances from each other, creating a symmetrical decorative segment intended to decorate the elements indicated above, i.e., a fence beam, balcony railing beam, balcony, gate, or gate. 1. Variety One: The first variant of the decorative segment consists of four balls of different diameters mounted on a rod, preferably a stainless steel rod. The balls are mounted symmetrically – at an equal distance from each other. The second variant of the decorative segment is illustrated in Fig. 2. 3. The third variant The third variant of the decorative segment is a segment formed from a vertical metal rod, particularly a stainless steel rod, on which four balls are placed. The essential feature of this decorative segment is the four balls of equal diameter mounted on the rod, particularly the stainless steel rod. The balls are mounted symmetrically – at an equal distance from each other. The third variant of the decorative segment is illustrated in Fig. 3. 4. The fourth variant The fourth variant of the decorative segment is a segment made of a vertical metal rod, especially a stainless steel rod, on which four balls are mounted - the essential feature of the decorative segment in question are four balls, of which the "outer" balls, i.e. the ball mounted at the top and the ball mounted at the bottom of the metal rod, have a smaller diameter than the two balls mounted "inside", i.e. between the ball mounted at the top of the metal rod and the ball mounted at the bottom of the metal rod. The large balls placed "inside" are of the same diameter, the small balls placed outside are of the same diameter. The balls are mounted symmetrically - at an equal distance from each other. The fourth variant of the decorative segment is illustrated in Fig. 4. 5. The fifth variant The fifth variant of the decorative segment is a segment made of a vertical metal rod, especially a stainless steel rod, on which four balls are mounted - the essential feature of the decorative segment in question are four balls, of which the "outer" balls, i.e. the ball mounted at the top and the ball mounted at the bottom of the metal rod, have a larger diameter than the two balls mounted "inside", i.e. between the ball mounted at the top of the metal rod and the ball mounted at the bottom of the metal rod. Small balls placed "inside" are of the same diameter, large balls placed "outside" are also of the same diameter. The balls are mounted symmetrically - at an equal distance from each other. The sixth variant The sixth variant of the decorative segment is a segment formed from a vertical metal rod, particularly a stainless steel rod, on which four balls are mounted. The essential feature of this decorative segment is the four balls, of which the ball mounted on top of the metal rod and the ball mounted below it have a smaller diameter than the two balls mounted at the bottom of the metal rod. The large balls placed at the bottom of the metal rod are the same diameter, and the small balls placed at the top of the metal rod are also the same diameter. The balls are mounted symmetrically – at an equal distance from each other. The sixth decorative variant is illustrated in Fig. 6. 7. Seventh Variation The seventh decorative segment variant is a segment formed from a vertical metal rod, particularly a stainless steel rod, on which four balls are mounted. The essential feature of this decorative segment is the four balls, of which the ball mounted at the top of the metal rod and the ball mounted below it have a larger diameter than the two balls mounted at the bottom of the metal rod. The large balls mounted at the top of the metal rod are the same diameter, and the small balls mounted at the bottom of the metal rod are also the same diameter. The balls are mounted symmetrically—equally distant from each other. The seventh variant of the decorative segment is illustrated as fig. 7. An essential feature of this industrial design, distinguishing it from other designs and constituting the basis for its identification, is that this segment consists of four spherical elements mounted on a vertical rod. These balls, of equal or equal size, are mounted at equal distances from each other, creating a symmetrical pattern.
