Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest krawat, stanowiacy czesc ubioru, zwlaszcza meskiego, uzywanego codziennie jak równiez okazjonalnie. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Nowa postac krawatu przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, konturach, materiale i elementach zdobienia. Krawat, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Jest on wykonany z materialów tekstylnych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig. 1 - ilustruje krawat w widoku ogólnym z góry od strony frontowej, fig. 2 - uwidacznia dolna czesc krawatu w widoku od frontu, natomiast fig. 3 - pokazuje górna czesc krawatu w widoku od frontu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, zaprezentowanego na zalaczonych fotografiach, fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze krawat jest uksztaltowany w formie dwuwarstwowej tasmy o zmienia- jacej sie szerokosci, przy czym szersza czesc tej tasmy stanowi przód wykonany tradycyjnie z wzo- rzystej lub gladkiej ozdobnej tkaniny. Wezsza czesc tworzy tyl krawatu. Tyl krawatu na czesci dlugosci ma wstawke wykonana z tkaniny jeansowej lub z tkaniny stylizowanej na tkanine jeansowa. Do lacze- nia tylnej czesci krawatu z przednia czescia jest przeznaczona patka przymocowana od spodu do przedniej czesci krawatu. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, shapes, structure and material. The new form of the tie is manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines, contours, material and decorative elements. The tie, in accordance with the industrial design, is suitable for multiple reproduction. It is made of textile materials. The subject of the industrial design has been presented in the attached photograph, in which fig. 1 - illustrates the tie in a general view from above from the front side, fig. 2 - shows the lower part of the tie in a view from the front, while fig. 3 - shows the upper part of the tie in a view from the front. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design presented in the attached photographs, fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3 - include that the tie is shaped as a two-layer tape of varying width, with the wider part of this tape constituting the front, traditionally made of patterned or plain decorative fabric. The narrower part forms the back of the tie. The back of the tie has an insert made of denim fabric or a fabric stylized to look like denim fabric along part of its length. A flap attached from the bottom to the front of the tie is designed to connect the back part of the tie with the front part.
