Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest donica ozdobna, drzewno-polimerowa, stosowana do wystroju wnetrz biurowych, mieszkalnych i rekreacyjnych, jak równiez na zewnatrz. Donica moze byc wykonana w róznych kolorach bialym i/albo bezowym. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na Fig. 1, na której w rzucie izometrycznym pokazano donice w ksztalcie hiperboloidy jednopowlokowej, z rowkiem ciaglym w ksztalcie spirali Archimedesa rozmieszczonym na powierzchni wewnetrznej donicy, a Fig. 2 przedstawia rzut donicy z góry. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze donica stanowi element jednolity, posiada ksztalt hiperboloidy jednopowlokowej i ma wykonany na powierzchni wewnetrznej rowek ciagly, którego rzut na powierzchnie prostopadla do osi symetrii hiperboloidy ma ksztalt spirali Archimedesa. The flowerpot can be made in various colors, white and/or beige. The subject of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 1, which shows in an isometric projection a flowerpot in the shape of a single-layer hyperboloid, with a continuous groove in the shape of an Archimedes spiral arranged on the inner surface of the flowerpot, and Fig. 2 shows a view of the flowerpot from above. An essential feature of the industrial design is that the flowerpot is a uniform element, has the shape of a single-layer hyperboloid and has a continuous groove made on the inner surface, the projection of which on the surface perpendicular to the axis of symmetry of the hyperboloid has the shape of an Archimedes spiral.
