Sposób wytwarzania nawozu organiczno-mineralnego polega na tym, że odpady tytoniowe w postaci ż y ł , wywiewek, pył u, powstał ych przy przeróbce liś ci tytoniu poddaje się mieleniu w mł ynie bijakowym do uzyskania frakcji 0,1 - 0,8 mm, po czym poddaje się je przesiewaniu. Elementy większe od 0,8 mm są zawracane do ponownego mielenia. Po odmierzeniu 50% masy ogólnej pyłu tytoniowego oraz odmierzeniu 20% masy ogólnej naturalnego węglanu wapnia w postaci kredy o frakcji 0,1 - 0,8 mm, a także 30% masy ogólnej siarczanu magnezu pochodzenia naturalnego o frakcji 0,1 - 0,8 mm, składniki te mieszane są w mieszarce przez 30 minut do uzyskania jednorodnej masy, po czym masa transportowana jest do mieszalnika kondycjonującego, w którym to mieszalniku dodawana jest para wodna o temperaturze 155°C i ciśnieniu 8 bar w ilości 75 kg na tonę masy ogólnej. The addition of steam causes the mass to soften and destroys possible fungi and molds contained in the mass ingredients. After the mass has been thoroughly mixed in the conditioning mixer, the mass is delivered to the granulating press, where the granules are formed, which are then cooled and cleaned in a cyclone from steam and dust. The fertilizer granules obtained in this way are packed in packages.
