Znane sa oslony, które maja ksztalt bryl zdobionych motywami kwiatowymi. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 poka- zuje czesc zdobienia sciany, fig. 2 jest przekrojem poziomym a fig. 3 pokazuje oslone w rozlozeniu. Oslona znicza pokazana na fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3 jest bryla zblizona do stozka scietego posado- wionego mniejsza podstawa na niskiej walcowej podstawie a wieksza podstawa zakonczona jest dwuelementowym kolnierzem. Sciana bryly ozdobiona jest wypuklym rysunkiem imitujacym odwróco- ny kielich kwiatu podobnego do tulipana, przy czym na kazdym najwyzszym trójkatnym platku widocz- ne sa kolejne platki o identycznym ksztalcie lecz o mniejszej wysokosci i dól kazdego platka dochodzi do kolnierza a konce najwyzszego znajduja sie blisko podstawy. Ponadto, przy podstawie, pomiedzy koncami najwyzszych platków widoczne sa pojedyncze kwiaty podobne do stokrotki. Covers are known that have the shape of solids decorated with floral motifs. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows part of the wall decoration, Fig. 2 is a horizontal cross-section, and Fig. 3 shows the cover in an unfolded state. The grave candle cover shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3 is a shape similar to a truncated cone, with a smaller base resting on a low cylindrical base, and the larger base topped with a two-piece collar. The face of the block is decorated with a convex design imitating the inverted calyx of a tulip-like flower. Each uppermost triangular petal contains subsequent petals of identical shape but shorter in height. The bottom of each petal reaches a collar, and the tips of the uppermost petal are near the base. Furthermore, at the base, between the tips of the uppermost petals, are single daisy-like flowers. Essential features of the industrial design The candle cover according to the industrial design is a shape similar to a truncated cone placed on a low cylindrical base and the larger base is topped with a two-element collar, while the wall of the shape is decorated with a convex drawing imitating an inverted calyx of a flower similar to a tulip, where on each highest triangular petal there are visible subsequent petals of identical shape but of lower height, which reach the collar and the ends of the highest petal are located close to the base and, moreover, at the base, between the ends of the highest petals, single flowers similar to a daisy are visible as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3.
