Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter, przejawiajacy sie w ksztalcie, postac boku mebla charakteryzujacego sie tym, ze bok mebla tapicerowanego ma ksztalt plaskiej bryly ustawionej wertykalnie posiadajacej zaokraglone górne krawedzie, której kontur bocznej powierzchni jest zblizony do trapezu nierównoramiennego zas w górnej czesci boku mebla tapicerowanego jest wykonany podluzny poziomy otwór, którego poziome krawedzie sa równolegle do zewnetrznych krawedzi boku. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia bok mebla tapicerowanego, Fig. 2 przedstawia bok mebla tapicerowanego w zastosowaniu w kanapie, Fig. 3 przedstawia bok mebla tapicerowanego w zastosowaniu w kanapie rozlozonej z przeznaczeniem do lezenia. Bok mebla ma ksztalt plaskiej bryly ustawionej wertykalnie posiadajacej zaokraglone górne krawedzie. Zaokraglone krawedzie i grubosc bryly boku mebla dostosowane sa do wygodnego opar- cia rak uzytkownika. W górnej czesci boku mebla tapicerowanego jest wykonany podluzny poziomy otwór, którego poziome krawedzie sa równolegle do zewnetrznych krawedzi boku. Otwór stanowi wygodna podreczna pólke oraz sprawia, ze wyglad mebla postrzegany jest jako lekka konstrukcja. The essence of the industrial design is a new and unique form of the side panel, manifested in its shape. The side panel of the upholstered furniture is a flat, vertically oriented solid with rounded upper edges, the contour of whose lateral surface approximates a non-isosceles trapezoid. The upper part of the side panel of the upholstered furniture features an elongated horizontal opening, the horizontal edges of which are parallel to the outer edges of the side panel. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the side panel of the upholstered furniture, Fig. 2 shows the side panel of the upholstered furniture in a sofa, and Fig. 3 shows the side panel of the upholstered furniture in a sofa folded out for lying down. The side of the furniture is shaped like a flat, vertically arranged block with rounded upper edges. The rounded edges and thickness of the side are designed to comfortably support the user's arms. The upper part of the upholstered side features an elongated horizontal opening, the horizontal edges of which run parallel to the outer edges of the side. The opening provides a convenient, handy shelf and contributes to the furniture's lightweight appearance.
