Ma on ksztalt w widoku bocznym przypominajacy wydluzony trapez i stanowi element nosny pozostalych czesci ramienia. Boczne sciany tego elementu ozdobione sa elementami graficznymi w postaci czarno-zóltych pasów. W dolnej czesci trapezu znajduje sie krótka raczka w kolorze szarym, imitujaca drazek do uruchamiania ramienia z ozna- czeniem „otwarty-zamkniety", - powyzej szarej raczki znajduja sie dwa niebieskie uchwyty przymocowane do bocznych stron trapezu, - z niebieskimi drazkami polaczone sa dwa elementy w kolorze zóltym, przypominajace podluzne prety, z boczna stylizacja na konstrukcje stalowa, - z jednym zóltym podluznym elementem polaczona jest lyzka zakonczona krawedzia w formie zebów, a jej dolna czesc polaczona jest równiez z czerwonym elementem trape- zowym ramienia dwoma elementami laczacymi. The industrial design submitted for protection is presented in various views and illustrations, where: - Fig. 1 - shows the excavator arm from the side; - Fig. 2 - shows the excavator arm diagonally, from the side; - Fig. 3 - shows the excavator arm from above. An important feature of the industrial design shown in illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 is that: - the excavator arm is made of plastic in five colours: blue, red, yellow, grey and black, - the structure is characterised by rounded edges, modern styling including graphic motifs, here: stickers such as "exclamation mark", "open-closed", "black and yellow stripes", - in the lower part of the arm there is a blue element in the shape of a cylinder, to which a screw with a nut is mounted so that the whole arm can be connected to another element of the toy, - the main red element of the boom is movably connected to this cylinder. From a side view, it resembles an elongated trapezoid and serves as a supporting element for the remaining parts of the arm. The side walls of this element are decorated with graphic elements in the form of black and yellow stripes. At the bottom of the trapezoid is a short gray handle, imitating the arm's operating rod, marked "open-closed." - Above the gray handle are two blue handles attached to the sides of the trapezoid. - Connected to the blue rods are two yellow elements resembling elongated bars, with the sides stylized as a steel structure. - Connected to one yellow elongated element is a spoon with a tooth-shaped edge, and its lower part is also connected to the red trapezoidal element of the arm by two connecting elements.
