Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest koperta foliowa z tworzywa sztucznego o oryginalnej postaci oraz indywidualnym charakterze i jest przeznaczona do odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej lub rzemieslniczej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na rysunku Fig. 1, gdzie prostokatna koperta foliowa 1 ma miejsce na znak firmowy 2, posiada przy brzegu pasek przylepny 3 (sluzacy do zamykania koperty), ponizej ma nalozone równolegle trzy waskie paski 4, przy czym do srodkowego paska, z brzegu koperty (prawego, lewego lub obydwu), sa skierowane pod katem ostrym dwa naciecia 5. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego naleza nalozone na prostokatna koperte trzy równolegle paski oraz po dwa naciecia boku koperty (z lewego, prawego lub obu) skierowane pod katem ostrym do srodkowego paska. The industrial design is shown in Figure 1, where a rectangular foil envelope 1 has a place for a trademark 2, an adhesive strip 3 at the edge (used to close the envelope), and three narrow strips 4 applied parallel to it, with two cuts 5 directed at an acute angle to the central strip from the edge of the envelope (right, left, or both). The essential features of the industrial design include three parallel strips applied to the rectangular envelope and two cuts on each side of the envelope (left, right, or both) directed at an acute angle to the central strip.
