Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w rysunku i ukladzie linii, a efekt indywidualny zapewnia swoiste uksztaltowanie zewnetrznej i wewnetrznej powierzchni misy oraz zbiornika na wode splukujaca. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia kompakt WC w widoku ogólnym, Fig. 2 przedstawia kompakt w widoku z boku, Fig. 3 przedstawia kompakt WC w widoku z przodu, a Fig. 4 przedstawia mise kompaktu WC w widoku z góry. Cecha charakterystyczna przedmiotu wzoru jest wyraznie uksztaltowana owalna czasza misy usytuowanej jako monolit na wolnostojacej podstawie o zwezajacej sie ku górze powierzchni bocznej. Misa ma w widoku z góry zarys górnego obrzeza o profilu jajowym i ma widoczny uskok utworzony na powierzchni wewnetrznej, która zbiezna jest ku lejowi czesci odplywowej. Misa ma w tylnej czesci usytuowane centralnie wewnetrzne obrzeze kolnierza z profilowa oslona, które kieruja wyplyw wody splukujacej na wewnetrzna powierzchnie misy. Zbiornik na wode ma w zasadzie zarys prostopadlo- scienny o plaskich bocznych sciankach i lekko wyokraglonych krawedziach oraz posiada przednia scianke wyprofilowana o zarysie lukowym z wypukloscia skierowana na zewnatrz. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the design, manifested in the drawing and arrangement of lines, while the unique shape of the outer and inner surfaces of the bowl and the flushing cistern provides a distinctive effect. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the compact toilet in a general view, Fig. 2 shows the compact toilet in a side view, Fig. 3 shows the compact toilet in a front view, and Fig. 4 shows the compact toilet bowl in a top view. A characteristic feature of the design is the distinctly shaped oval bowl placed as a monolith on a free-standing base with a side surface that tapers upward. The bowl, viewed from above, has an egg-shaped upper rim and a visible recess on the inner surface, which converges towards the funnel of the drain section. The bowl has a centrally located inner rim flange with a profiled cover in the rear, directing the flush water flow onto the inner surface of the bowl. The water cistern is essentially rectangular in shape with flat side walls and slightly rounded edges, and has a profiled front wall with an arched shape and an outward-facing convexity. A pipe connector is located in the upper part of the base as a drain element. The compact toilet is made of ceramic and will be marketed under the name "PARVA" compact toilet.
