Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest mebel modulowy do stosowania jako wyposazenie wnetrz z przeznaczeniem do skladowania, przechowywania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony zostal na rysunku gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia wzór jako pojedynczy element, fig. 2 przedstawia odmiane w ramach której pojedyncze elementy sa pola- czone, fig. 3 przedstawia odmiane, w której przedstawiony modul stanowi jesli chodzi o wielkosc wie- lokrotnosc pojedynczego elementu, fig. 4 przedstawia odmiane, w ramach której polaczone sa rózne moduly, fig. 5 przedstawia wszystkie odmiany zglaszanego wzoru. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1. mebel modulowy (podstawowy) oparty jest na elemencie w ksztalcie szescianu (modu- le) z uchylna jedna scianka, 2. w sciankach wzoru znajduja sie wykroje, które funkcjonuja w zaleznosci od potrzeb jako uchwyty, ale i umozliwiaja laczenie kilku szescianów (modulów) ze soba, przy wykorzystaniu elementu laczacego pochodzacego z wykroju w module, 3. laczenie szescianów (modulów) nastepuje przez wlozenie, pochodzacego z wykroju uchwytu wykroju - jako elementu laczacego w gniazdo powstale po zestawieniu dwóch szescianów (modulów) ze soba, 4. wykrój uchwytu ma forme symetryczna wzgledem osi pionowej umozliwiajaca zaklinowa- nie w gniezdzie. Ilosc zastosowanych laczników przeklada sie na stabilnosc polaczenia, 5. odmiany wzoru stanowia wielokrotnosc modulu podstawowego (Fig. 3), lub tworza strukture skladajaca sie z kilku modulów (Fig. 2 oraz Fig. 4). The subject of the industrial design is presented in the drawing, where fig. 1 presents the design as a single element, fig. 2 presents a variant in which the single elements are connected, fig. 3 presents a variant in which the presented module is a multiple of a single element in terms of size, fig. 4 presents a variant in which different modules are connected, fig. 5 presents all the variants of the submitted design. Essential features of an industrial design: 1. modular (basic) furniture is based on a cube-shaped element (module) with one tiltable wall, 2. the walls of the design contain cut-outs that function as handles depending on the needs, but also enable several cubes (modules) to be connected with each other, using a connecting element from a cut-out in the module, 3. the cubes (modules) are connected by inserting the cut-out from the handle - as a connecting element - into the socket created by putting two cubes (modules) together, 4. the handle cut-out is symmetrical in relation to the vertical axis, enabling it to be wedged in the socket. The number of used connectors translates into the stability of the connection, 5. the pattern variations are a multiple of the basic module (Fig. 3), or create a structure consisting of several modules (Fig. 2 and Fig. 4).
