Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest palisada, jako lesna infrastruktura przeznaczona do wypoczynku turystycznego. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wzoru, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz uklad. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na ilustracjach, na których poszczególne figury przedstawiaja: Wzór w odmianie pierwszej pokazano na fig. 1.1 - fig. 1.4. The essence of the industrial design is a new and individually characterful form of the design, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is presented in illustrations, in which the individual figures represent: The first design variant is shown in fig. 1.1 - fig. 1.4. The second design variant is shown in fig. 2.1 - fig. 2.4. The third design variant is shown in fig. 3.1 - fig. 3.4. The fourth design variant is shown in fig. 4.1 - fig. 4.4. The fifth design variant is shown in fig. 5.1 - fig. 5.4. The sixth design variant is shown in fig. 6.1 - fig. 6.4. The seventh design variant is shown in fig. 7.1 - fig. 7.4. In the first design variant, the palisade has essential features of an industrial design, where the circular palisade has the shape of a hemisphere, the wooden round posts are inclined outwards in an obtuse manner, creating a beveled effect in the side view, as shown in Fig. 1.1 - Fig. 1.4. In the second design variant, the palisade has essential features of an industrial design, where the circular palisade has the shape of a hemisphere, with shorter sides, the wooden round posts are inclined outwards in a less obtuse manner, creating a beveled effect in the side view, as shown in Fig. 2.1 - Fig. 2.4. In the third variant of the design, the palisade has essential features of an industrial design, where the palisade on a circular plan has the shape of a hemisphere with longer sides, the wooden round poles are inclined in a less obtuse manner outwards, creating a bevel effect in the side view as shown in Fig. 3.1 - Fig. 3.4. In the fourth variant of the design, the palisade has essential features of an industrial design, where the palisade on a circular plan has the shape of a hemisphere with shorter sides, the wooden round poles are inclined in an obtuse manner outwards, creating a bevel effect in the side view as shown in Fig. 4.1 - Fig. 4.4. In the fifth design variant, the palisade has essential features of an industrial design, where the palisade on a circular plan has the shape of two opposite hemispheres, and the wooden round poles are obtusely inclined outwards, creating a beveled effect in the side view as shown in Fig. 5.1 - Fig. 5.4. In the sixth design variant, the palisade has essential features of an industrial design, where the palisade on a circular plan has the shape of an open sphere, and the wooden round poles are obtusely inclined outwards, creating a beveled effect in the side view as shown in Fig. 6.1 - Fig. 6.4.
