Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest koszulka z kieszonka do stosowania jako element ubioru. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony zostal na rysunku gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia wzór w kolorze. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1. Koszulka posiada charakterystyczny element w postaci kieszeni z naszytej z przodu koszulki, w dolnej jej czesci. Wielkosc kieszeni pozwala na umieszczenie w niej obu dloni osoby noszacej koszulke lub innych elementów typu np. klucze, chusteczki higie- niczne. 2. Kieszen wykonana jest z materialu o wzorzystej fakturze w kratke, co zapewnia wyróz- nienie wizualne i kontrast kieszeni na pozostalym tle koszulki, optymalnie utrzymanym w jednolitej tonacji kolorystycznej. 3. Na kieszeni w dolnej jego czesci umieszczony jest wykonany bialym kolorem napis „motylanoga". 4. Kieszen umieszczona jest z jednej strony koszulki i ma ksztalt zblizony jest do prosto- katu, o scietych dwóch dolnych bokach. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the design in color. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The T-shirt has a distinctive element in the form of a pocket sewn onto the front of the T-shirt, in its lower part. The pocket is large enough to accommodate both hands of the wearer or other items such as keys or tissues. 2. The pocket is made of a material with a checkered pattern, ensuring visual distinction and contrast against the rest of the T-shirt, optimally maintained in a uniform color tone. 3. The inscription "motylanoga" is printed in white on the lower part of the pocket. 4. The pocket is located on one side of the T-shirt and is roughly rectangular in shape, with the two lower sides cut off.
