Istota wzoru jest nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka bedaca przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego w srodkowej czesci posiada ksztalt walca, przy czym walec ten zarówno przy górnej jak i dolnej podstawie linia skosna zwieksza srednice butelki tworzac dwa symetryczne pasy w ksztalcie niskich trapezów. Z wiekszej podstawy kazdego z tych trapezów wyprowadzony jest walec górny i walec dolny, a wysokosc kazdego z nich wynosi okolo 1/3 wysokosci walca srodkowego, przy czym walec dolny przy podstawie przybiera ksztalt niskiego trapezu i tworzy dno butelki wklesle do srodka. Natomiast górny walec przybiera ksztalt stozka scietego laczacego sie z wysoka walcowata szyjka zakonczona gwintowanym nadlewem. PL PL PLThe Bottle Design Registration Right is valid from March 30, 2001. The design is a bottle intended for beverages, particularly alcoholic beverages. The essence of the design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape. The design is shown in the attached drawing. As shown in the drawing, the bottle covered by the design is cylindrical in its central part, with a diagonal line at both the upper and lower bases increasing the diameter of the bottle, creating two symmetrical stripes in the shape of low trapezoids. From the larger base of each of these trapezoids, an upper and lower cylinder extend, each approximately one-third the height of the central cylinder. The lower cylinder at the base takes on the shape of a low trapezoid, forming the bottom of the bottle, concave inward. The upper cylinder, on the other hand, takes on the shape of a truncated cone, connecting to a tall, cylindrical neck with a threaded boss.
