Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajacego sie w cechach linii konturów i ksztaltów nadajaca rurze oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru jest pokazany na zalaczonych rysunkach od Fig. 1 do Fig. 3 na których: Fig. 1 przedstawia rure w rzucie z boku, Fig. 2 przedstawia cala rure w rzucie aksonometrycznym, a Fig. 3 przedstawia fragment jednego konca rury w rzucie aksonometrycznym w powiekszeniu ukazujacym szczególy przetloczen wzdluznych. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in the features of contour lines and shapes, giving the tube an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings from Fig. 1 to Fig. 3, in which: Fig. 1 shows the tube in a side view, Fig. 2 shows the entire tube in an axonometric projection, and Fig. 3 shows a fragment of one end of the tube in an axonometric projection, enlarged to show details of the longitudinal embossing. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The tube has longitudinal, parallel, recessed embossing on its surface, grouped in threes. The three embossings are arranged around the circumference at an angle of approximately 120°. The distances between the embossments in each pair are the same and close to 60?. The embossments are semicircular in shape, the edges of which smoothly merge into the inner plane of the tube in a slight arc.
