The novelty and originality of the graphic design of the tea label, as applied to the industrial design, lies in the new form of the label in the form of a rectangular sticker/badge placed on the packaging, with a clearly marked, distinctive, multi-colored, repeating surface, creating the visual impression of a separate, divided area for the packaging owner's trademark, the product name, and a characteristic, pastoral generic scene associating the packaged product with its country of origin. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, which shows the graphic design of a tea label called CEYLON in the form of a cuboid plaque/signboard, on which, in the upper rectangular green field against the background of a lighter floral ornament, there is placed the trademark of the owner of the tea packaging "SIR ROGER - teas of the highest quality", below in the centre there is placed the name of the product - CEYLON tea, underlined on a contrasting background encouraging the tea consumer with an advertising slogan in English "Discovery of Sri Lanka", loosely translated as "discover Sri Lanka", written in a fancy font, while in the lower field of the label there is placed a colourful genre scene typical of English customs: "resting" during a horse race with dogs against the background of the buildings of an inn, built into the surrounding landscape. A significant feature of the graphic design of the tea label in the form of a rectangular sticker/badge according to the industrial design is the distinctive, clearly marked, color-distinctive label surface, creating the visual impression of a divided surface for the packaging owner's trademark, the product name, and a characteristic, idyllic generic scene associating the product packaging with its country of origin, as shown in the attached photograph.
