Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest przeslo bramowo-ogrodzeniowe skladajace sie z ze- stawu pionowych desek, polaczonych u spodu poprzeczna belka, przeznaczone do montazu w bra- mach opuszczanych w zaglebienie, jak równiez w ogrodzeniach. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przesla, pozwalajaca na uzyskanie innowacyjne- go efektu spójnosci i identycznosci ogrodzenia z brama wjazdowa typu opuszczanego w zaglebienie. Efekt identycznosci ogrodzenia z brama polega na braku jakichkolwiek róznic, wizualnych badz fi- zycznych granic pomiedzy brama a przylegajacym do niej ogrodzeniem, które pozwalalyby na okre- slenie lokalizacji bramy. Nowa postac wzoru, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem, przejawia sie w ksztalcie, sposobie laczenia i rozmieszczeniu elementów skladowych, jak równiez charakterystyce wzoru umozliwiajacej uzyskanie zakladanego efektu wizualnego. Przeslo bramowo-ogrodzeniowe, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem moze byc wykonane z dowolnego materialu zapewniajacego odpowiednia sztywnosc konstrukcji (np. stal, aluminium, drewno, szklo, beton, tworzywa sztuczne) lub kombinacji takich materialów i byc pomalowane na dowolny kolor. Przeslo bramowo-ogrodzeniowe, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawione na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1, sklada sie z pionowych desek, których dluzszy bok jest usytuowany równolegle do linii ogrodzenia i z poziomej belki o przekroju prostokatnym laczacej w/w deski. Rysunek fig. 2 przedstawia przekrój poprzeczny przez przeslo bramowo-ogrodzeniowe. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: a) pionowe deski, bedace czesciami widocznymi przesla usytuowane w jednakowej odle- glosci od siebie, w sposób pokazany na rysunku fig. 1, b) pozioma belka przesla sluzaca jako element laczacy pionowe deski, c) jednakowa wysokosc, przekrój i kat montazu kazdej pionowej deski wchodzacej w sklad przesla zgodnie z rysunkami fig. 1 i fig. 2.PL 21282 3 Ilustracja wzoru Fig. 2PL 21282 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the Industrial Design: The subject of the industrial design is a gate and fence panel consisting of a set of vertical boards connected at the bottom by a crossbar, intended for installation in recessed gates and fences. The essence of the design is a new and original design of the panel, allowing for an innovative effect of cohesion and identity between the fence and the recessed entrance gate. The effect of identity between the fence and the gate consists in the absence of any differences, visual or physical, between the gate and the adjacent fence that would allow for the determination of the gate's location. The new design, according to the solution, manifests itself in the shape, method of joining and arrangement of the component elements, as well as the characteristics of the design enabling the achievement of the intended visual effect. According to the proposed solution, the gate and fence can be made of any material ensuring adequate structural rigidity (e.g., steel, aluminum, wood, glass, concrete, plastic) or a combination of such materials, and can be painted any color. The gate and fence, according to the industrial design shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, consists of vertical boards with their longer sides parallel to the fence line, and a horizontal beam with a rectangular cross-section connecting the boards. Figure 2 shows a cross-section of the gate and fence.
