Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ponczo przeznaczone do przykrycia i zapewnienia in- tymnosci matce i dziecku podczas karmienia piersia w miejscach publicznych. Ponczo wykonane jest z tkaniny w 100% CV z bambusa. Jest uszyte wedlug szablonu ¾ kola o srednicy 150 cm z uwzglednieniem pólokraglego dekoltu z przodu. Wzór zilustrowano na fig. 1 – przedstawia widok ponczo na wieszaku, fig. 2 – przedstawia wi- dok ponczo po rozlozeniu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: – ksztalt jak na ilustracji wzoru. The poncho is made of 100% CV bamboo fabric. It is sewn according to a ¾ circle pattern with a diameter of 150 cm, including a semi-circular neckline at the front. The design is illustrated in Fig. 1 – showing the poncho on a hanger, and Fig. 2 – showing the poncho when unfolded. Essential features of the industrial design: – shape as shown in the design illustration.
