(WIPO) Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest beczka z kranem wylewowym. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac beczki z kranem wyle- wowym, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materia- le ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia beczke z kranem wylewowym z opuszczona dzwignia w widoku perspektywicznym, w kierunku na sciane górna i na bok, fig. 2 - beczke z kranem wylewowym z opuszczona dzwignia w wido- ku z góry, fig. 3 - beczke z kranem wylewowym z podniesionadzwignia w widoku perspektywicznym, w kierunku na sciane górna i na bok, fig. 4 - beczke z kranem wylewowym z podniesiona dzwignia w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - beczke z kranem wylewowym z podniesiona dzwignia w widoku z boku, zas fig. 6 przedstawia beczke w widoku od spodu. Beczka z kranem wylewowym usytuowanym na jego górnej scianie charakteryzuje sie tym, ze na swoim obwodzie posiada wyprofilowania w postaci pasów, z których jedne sa lekko wytloczone na zewnatrz, zas inne ku srodkowi beczki. Przy czym dwa górne i dolne odpowiadaja sobie szerokoscia, a srodkowy jest najszerszy i stanowi okolo 1/3 wysokosci beczki. W czesci centralnej górnej scianki beczki, na kolowym uskoku o szerokosci równej promieniowi beczki, umieszczony jest element mocujacy kran wylewowy o ksztalcie zblizonym do pólkuli z podstawa o okolo 1/3 mniejsza od szerokosci uskoku. Na okolo 1/3 wysokosci od góry elementu mocujacego jest zamocowany kran wylewowy, którego jeden koniec umieszczony jest w elemencie mocujacym, a drugi z wygietym ku dolowi otworem wylewowym wystaje poza krawedz zewnetrzna beczki. Ponadto z elementem mocujacym polaczona jest dzwignia wylewowa o ksztalcie kola, którego srednica jest o okolo 1/6 mniejsza od srednicy uskoku. Priority: 6 October 2000 (WIPO) The subject of the ornamental design is a barrel with a spout. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of a barrel with a spout, manifested in its shape and surface arrangement. The subject of the decorative pattern is shown in the attached illustration material, in which Fig. 1 shows a barrel with a pouring tap with a lowered lever in a perspective view, towards the top wall and to the side, Fig. 2 - a barrel with a pouring tap with a lowered lever in a top view, Fig. 3 - a barrel with a pouring tap with a raised lever in a perspective view, towards the top wall and to the side, Fig. 4 - a barrel with a pouring tap with a raised lever in a top view, Fig. 5 - a barrel with a pouring tap with a raised lever in a side view, while Fig. 6 shows the barrel in a bottom view. A barrel with a pouring tap located on its upper wall is characterized by its circumference being profiled in the form of strips, some of which are slightly embossed outward, while others are embossed toward the center of the barrel. The two upper and lower strips are of equal width, with the middle strip being the widest and constituting approximately 1/3 of the barrel's height. In the central part of the barrel's upper wall, on a circular ledge with a width equal to the barrel's radius, a pouring tap mounting element is placed. It is roughly hemispherical in shape, with a base approximately 1/3 smaller than the ledge width. Approximately 1/3 of the height from the top of the mounting element, the pouring tap is mounted. One end is inserted into the mounting element, while the other, with a downwardly curved pouring opening, protrudes beyond the outer edge of the barrel. In addition, a circular pouring lever is connected to the mounting element. The diameter of the lever is approximately 1/6 smaller than the diameter of the offset. PL PL PL
