Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest krzeslo. Istota wzoru przejawia sie w oryginalnym wygladzie i ksztalcie krzesla, charakterystycznym ukladzie linii i konturów nadajacych wzorowi nowy i indywidualny wyglad. Krzeslo w widoku z boku; Fig. 2. Krzeslo w widoku z przodu; Fig. 3. Krzeslo w widoku z góry; Fig. 4. Krzeslo w widoku perspektywicznym. Jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1. i fig. 4. krzeslo posiada charakterystyczny uklad nóg polaczonych z oparciem. W pierwszym przypadku listwa poprzeczna stanowi oparcie nóg, w drugim pelni funkcje podparcia plyty siedziska. The essence of the design is manifested in the original appearance and shape of the chair, the characteristic arrangement of lines and contours that give the design a new and individual appearance. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, which show: Fig. 1. Side view of the chair; Fig. 2. Front view of the chair; Fig. 3. Top view of the chair; Fig. 4. Perspective view of the chair. As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 4, the chair has a characteristic arrangement of legs connected to the backrest. Characteristic features include the "rear" legs, mounted 1/3 from the front edge of the seat base rearward, reaching to the ground, and the parallel arrangement of the "front" legs and the backrest. The "front" legs, shorter than the "back" legs, are built into the "back" legs at an angle, do not reach the seat and do not touch it. The backrest structure slats are grafted onto the "back" legs at the bottom, and above they merge into the actual backrest, the so-called backrest, which connects them. The leg and backrest slats are profiled so that at the joints they have a wider cross-section, while at the points of contact with the ground the cross-sections decrease. As shown in Fig. 2, the lines of the legs and the backrest structure overlap and are parallel. The "front" legs and the backrest slats are braced with cross-slats. In the first case, the cross-slat serves as a leg rest, in the second it serves as a support for the seat plate. The chair seat, as shown in Fig. 3, has the shape of a profiled trapezoid, in which the side edges curl upward. The backrest is also characteristic. Its outwardly convex form, with a profile adapted to the back, has a slightly concave arc at the bottom with softly rounded sides. The essential features of an industrial design are determined by the shape, as shown in the design illustration.
