Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac etykiety przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnej szacie graficznej i ko- lorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym na fig. 1 przedstawiono etykiete w widoku ogólnym. Zgloszenie obejmuje jedna odmiane wzoru. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Etykieta ma postac poziomego prostokata podzielonego na dwie czesci. Górna czesc, obejmu- jaca ok. 1/5 wysokosci etykiety, posiada tlo w kolorze pomaranczowym. Dolna czesc etykiety posiada tlo w kolorze zielonym. Po lewej stronie, w srodkowej czesci etykiety znajduje sie przezroczyste pole, przez które wi- doczny jest produkt znajdujacy sie wewnatrz opakowania, które na rysunku zostalo oznaczone kolo- rem zielonym ciemnym. Pole to ma nierównomierny, elipsoidalny ksztalt, imitujacy otwór powstaly wskutek rozerwania opakowania w kierunku zewnetrznym. Wokól przezroczystego pola umieszczone sa kolorowe rysunki ilustrujace poszczególne skladniki produktu, w szczególnosci swieze i suszone owoce, przedstawiane równiez z listkami, róznego rodzaju orzechy, nasiona i zboza w formie klosów. Czesc z rysunków ilustrujacych poszczególne skladniki produktu zachodzi na krawedzie przezroczy- stego pola. Od przezroczystego pola rozchodza sie równiez pasy w jasniejszym odcieniu imitujace wiazki swiatla. Ponizej przezroczystego pola, wsród innych elementów umiejscowiony jest kolorowy rysunek batonika musli przedstawionego perspektywicznie. Po prawej stronie rysunku batonika znaj- duje sie poziomy prostokat w kolorze pomaranczowym. Lewa krawedz prostokata zakryta jest przez rysunek batonika. Ponizej, jedno pod drugim znajduja sie graficzne symbole w postaci pomaranczowego kola z cieniem z prawej dolnej strony z bialym rysunkiem na tle wypelnienia oraz z napisem z prawej strony, wykonanym pismem bezszeryfowym, kursywa, malymi literami w kolorze bialym. Kolejno sa to: napis „do dzielenia" z rysunkiem dloni, na której polozone jest opakowanie, napis „do torebki" z rysunkiem torebki, napis „na spotkanie" z rysunkiem dwóch postaci, napis „podczas filmu" z rysunkiem telewizora, napis „na spacerze" z rysunkiem drzewa, napis „na maly glód" z rysunkiem cukierka, napis „do szkoly" z rysunkiem tornistra. Po prawej stronie etykiety w pobli- zu jej prawego górnego rogu znajduje sie kolejny element graficzny w postaci pionowej wstegi w kolo- rze amarantowym, która siega do górnej krawedzi etykiety. Pod prostokatem umieszczony jest logotyp producenta o mniejszych wymiarach. Po prawej stronie logotypu producenta oraz wstegi, w polowie na pomaranczowej i w polowie na zielonej czesci etykiety, znajduje sie kolorowy rysunek batonika musli. The essence of the design is a new form of the label, manifested in an original graphic design and colour scheme. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which the label is presented in a general view in Fig. 1. The application covers one variant of the design. Essential features of the industrial design The label has the form of a horizontal rectangle divided into two parts. The upper part, covering approx. 1/5 of the height of the label, has an orange background. The lower part of the label has a green background. On the left side, in the central part of the label, there is a transparent field through which the product inside the packaging is visible, which in the drawing is marked in dark green. This field has an uneven, ellipsoidal shape, imitating a hole created by tearing the packaging outwards. Around the transparent field there are coloured drawings illustrating the individual ingredients of the product, in particular fresh and dried fruit, also presented with leaves, various types of nuts, seeds and cereals in the form of ears of corn. Some of the drawings illustrating the individual ingredients of the product overlap the edges of the transparent field. From the transparent field there are also stripes in a lighter shade imitating beams of light. Below the transparent field, among other elements, there is a coloured drawing of a muesli bar presented in perspective. On the right side of the drawing of the bar there is a horizontal rectangle in orange. The left edge of the rectangle is covered by the drawing of the bar. Above the transparent field and above the surrounding elements illustrating the individual components of the product, there is the manufacturer's logo consisting of the following elements: (a) the inscription "BA!" in capital letters, two-element serif script, in white with a shadow; (b) a truncated ellipse with green filling and a white frame placed above the letter "A" and the exclamation mark "!" of the inscription "BA!", with the inscription "BAKALLAND" in capital letters, single-element serif script, in white against the background of the inscription; (c) an image of the sun partially covered by the upper left corner of the truncated ellipse referred to in point (b); (d) the inscription "WYSZUKANE PRZYJEMNOSCI" in capital letters, single-element script, in green sans serif, placed above the truncated ellipse referred to in point (b); the inscription "... and think positively" in lower case, italic, single-element, sans serif, in green, placed below the letter "A" and the exclamation mark "!" of the inscription "BA!". The orange part of the label on the surface adjacent to the word-graphic marking has a lighter shade. The upper left corner of the letter "B" partially covers the lower part of the graphic element in the form of a vertical magenta ribbon, which reaches to the upper edge of the label. There is a shadow under the lower edge of the ribbon. On the right side of the transparent field, with a gap filled with a green background, directly under the orange part of the label there is the inscription "mini porcja na raz" in white, written in sans-serif, italic, lower-case letters, with a shadow, with the word "porcja na raz" placed directly under the word "mini" and bent in a semi-circle. Below, one under the other, there are graphic symbols in the form of an orange circle with a shadow on the lower right side with a white drawing on the background of the fill and with the inscription on the right side, written in sans-serif, italic, lower-case letters in white. These are: the inscription "to share" with a drawing of a hand on which the package is placed, the inscription "to the bag" with a drawing of a bag, the inscription "to a meeting" with a drawing of two characters, the inscription "during the film" with a drawing of a television set, the inscription "on a walk" with a drawing of a tree, the inscription "for a small hunger" with a drawing of a candy, the inscription "to school" with a drawing of a school bag. On the right side of the label, near its upper right corner, there is another graphic element in the form of a vertical ribbon in magenta, which reaches to the upper edge of the label. The manufacturer's logotype in smaller dimensions is placed under the rectangle. On the right side of the manufacturer's logotype and the ribbon, half on the orange and half on the green part of the label, there is a colourful drawing of a muesli bar.
