Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik duopack na produkty spozywcze, stosowany powszechnie jako opakowanie na róznego rodzaju pasztety, pasty, sosy, desery, salatki, ryby i inne przetwory spozywcze. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 – pojemnik w widoku z boku, fig. 3 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, w odniesieniu do znanych pojemników tego typu, przejawiaja sie w ksztalcie, pojemnik ma postac dwóch, takich samych pojemników, polaczonych ze soba, w czesci górnej plyta, przy czym polaczenie to jest elastyczne, umozliwia swobodne rozdzielenie pojemników. The container according to the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the container in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the container in a side view, Fig. 3 shows the container in a top view. The essential features of the industrial design, in relation to known containers of this type, are manifested in the shape, the container has the form of two identical containers, connected with each other, in the upper part by a plate, and this connection is flexible, enabling free separation of the containers.
