Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa estetyczna postac wzoru graficznego przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie i barwie poszczególnych jego elementów dekoracyjnych, zmierzajaca do atrakcyjnego eksponowania i reklamy produktu pod nazwa „Szynka z piersi drobiowo-wieprzowa". Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym barwnym materiale ilu- stracyjnym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Nowy wzór graficzny w ksztalcie prostokata przeznaczony jest do umieszczania na foliowej oslonce, która ma postac dlugiego rekawa, przy czym wzór graficzny umieszczany jest cyklicznie. Tlo wzoru graficznego jest niejednolite: z lewej strony jak i z prawej strony wzoru, po smudze w kolorze jasno brazowym, tlo ku srodkowi rozjasnia sie i przechodzi w kolor pomaranczowy. Na szczycie wzoru graficznego ulozone jest slowo „Duda", kolor liter bialy, w czerwonej elipsie z listkiem koloru zielonego, fantazyjnie skreconym w prawo (element zgloszony do ochrony jako znak towarowy Z-429542). Poni- zej elipsy ulozona jest nazwa produktu „Szynka z piersi drobiowo-wieprzowa" wkomponowana w trzy linijki. Slowo „Szynka" zapisane jest czcionka stylizowana na pismo odreczne, kolor liter granatowy. Pod trzema ostatnimi literami slowa „Szynka" umieszczona jest brazowa szarfa, z napisem „z piersi", kolor liter bialy a pod nia druga, wezsza, zólta z napisem „drobiowo-wieprzowa", kolor liter granatowy. Obie szarfy maja podniesione ku górze prawe konce. Pomiedzy elipsa ze slowem „Duda" a slowem „Szynka" ulozona zostala biala chmurka o niejednolitych brzegach, rozjasniajaca srodek wzoru gra- ficznego. Po lewej stronie szarfy brazowej i zóltej umieszczony jest symbol jakosci produktu, którym oznaczane sa najbardziej wartosciowe wyroby Firmy – „Certyfikat Bezpieczenstwa A*" nawiazujacy do certyfikatów nadanych przez zewnetrzne instytucje certyfikujace. Znak ma forme kola z ciemno grana- towym oczkiem w srodku, w którym umieszczona jest litera „A" z gwiazdka (*), kolor litery i gwiazdki bialy, a wokól oczka, na obwodzie kola zamieszczony jest napis „Certyfikat Bezpieczenstwa", czcionka liter standardowa, kolor ciemny granat, przy czym znak ulozony jest na zrolowanych plastrach szynki. Ponizej produktu, pod szarfami brazowa i zólta, wkomponowana jest szersza szarfa koloru brazowego z informacja zapisana w dwu linijkach „idealna na kanapki, delikatna w smaku", kolor liter bialy. The essence of the industrial design is the new aesthetic form of the graphic design, manifested in the arrangement and color of its individual decorative elements, intended to attractively display and advertise the product under the name "Poultry and Pork Breast Ham." The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached color illustrative material. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The new rectangular graphic design is intended for placement on a foil casing, which has the form of a long sleeve, with the graphic design being placed cyclically. The background of the graphic design is uneven: on the left and right sides of the design, after a light brown streak, the background lightens towards the center and turns orange. At the top of the graphic design is the word "Duda," the letters white, in a red ellipse with a green leaf fancifully twisted to the right (element registered for protection as trademark Z-429542). Below the ellipse is the product name "Szynka zbiór drobiowo-wieprzowa" (Chicken and Pork Breast Ham), composed of three lines. The word "Szynka" is written in a font stylized to resemble handwriting, the letters navy blue. Under the last three letters of the word "Szynka" is a brown ribbon with the word "zbiór" (from breast), the letters white, and below it a second, narrower, yellow ribbon with the word "drobiowo-wieprzowa" (Chicken and Pork Breast Ham), the letters navy blue. Both ribbons have their right ends raised upwards. Between the ellipse with the word "Duda" and the word "Szynka," a white cloud with uneven edges is placed, brightening the center of the graphic pattern. On the left side of the brown and yellow ribbons is the product quality symbol used to mark the company's most valuable products – the "A* Safety Certificate," referring to certificates issued by external certification bodies. The symbol is a circle with a dark blue hole in the center, containing the letter "A" with an asterisk (*). The letter and star are white, and around the hole, on the circumference of the circle, is the inscription "Safety Certificate," in a standard font, dark navy blue, with the symbol placed on rolled slices of ham. Below the product, under the brown and yellow ribbons, there is a wider brown ribbon with the information written in two lines: "ideal for sandwiches, delicate in taste", the letters are white.
