Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oprawa oswietleniowa sluzaca do oswietlenia zwlasz- cza schodów. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i indywidualna postac oprawy oswietleniowej nadana jej przez charakterystyczna grafike, cechy linii, konturów i ksztalt. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na któ- rym fig. 1 przedstawia oprawe oswietleniowa w widoku z przodu, fig. 1a – oprawe w widoku z boku, zas na fig. 2 pokazano element slowno-graficzny RAFIPOLED wystepujacy na oprawie oswietleniowej. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Oprawa oswietleniowa, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, ma w widoku z przodu ksztalt kwadratu i wykonana jest z metalowej plytki posiadajacej od tylu zaczep sprezynowy, do której to plytki przylega cala powierzchnia element podswietlany z przezroczystego tworzywa sztucznego, zas na nim osa- dzony jest metalowy panel czolowy o fantazyjnym ksztalcie przypominajacym slonce z promieniami, jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 1 i fig. 1a. Ponadto, na oprawie oswietleniowej, po lewej stronie, widnieje napis RAFIPOLED, a przed nim element graficzny przypominajacy stylizowany rysunek slonca, jak pokazano w powiekszeniu na ry- sunku fig. 2. The essence of the industrial design is the new and individual form of the lighting fixture, given to it by characteristic graphics, line features, contours, and shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows the lighting fixture from the front, Fig. 1a – the fixture from the side, and Fig. 2 shows the word and graphic element RAFIPOLED appearing on the lighting fixture. Essential features of the industrial design The lighting fixture, according to the industrial design, has a square shape in the front view and is made of a metal plate with a spring catch at the back, to which the entire surface of the plate is adhered an illuminated element made of transparent plastic, and on it is mounted a metal front panel with a fanciful shape resembling a sun with rays, as shown in Figures 1 and 1a. Furthermore, on the left side of the lighting fixture there is the inscription RAFIPOLED, and in front of it a graphic element resembling a stylized drawing of a sun, as shown in enlargement in Figure 2.
