Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest panel ozdobnej okladziny elewacyjnej, wykonany me- toda wytlaczania z tworzywa polimerowego, korzystnie akrylowego i przeznaczony do wykonywania dekoracyjnych powierzchni elewacji budynków imitujacy sloje i kolorystyke drewna naturalnego, pod nazwa „oliwka hiszpanska" i „olcha czarna". Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie i kolorystyce jego nie- równej – profilowej fakturze wykonanej na jednej powierzchni zewnetrznej z wyraznym jej zaglebie- niem na linii uwypuklonych slojów imitujacych sloje drewna w kolorze odpowiadajacym jego rodzajowi. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the shape and color of its uneven - profile texture executed on one external surface with its clear recess along the line of the highlighted grain imitating the grain of wood in a color corresponding to its type. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1 - Fig. 6, presenting two variants of the design, in which Fig. 1 - shows the first variant of the decorative facade cladding panel, imitating wood grain in the color of "Spanish olive", in a top view, Fig. 2 - the same panel in a perspective view, taken from its front and from the side of the carving recesses of its texture, and from the top view, Fig. 3 - the same panel in a perspective view, taken from the top and its longer side, Fig. 4 - the second variant of the decorative facade cladding panel, imitating wood grain in the color of "black alder", in a top view, Fig. 5 - the same panel in a perspective view, taken from its front and from the side of the carving recesses of its texture, and from the top view, Fig. 6 – the same panel in perspective view from above and its longer side. Essential features of the industrial design The panel of decorative facade cladding, intended for the production of decorative surfaces of building facades, imitating the structure of natural wood, presented in two variants of its execution in the illustrative material Fig. 1 - Fig. 6, is characterized in that: 1. It has the shape of a cuboid - flattened and elongated element with one of its flat lower surfaces, the opposite upper surface of which has an embossed and painted sculpture with a spatial structure and its varied depth imitating the color and structure of a board or log of appropriate wood, and moreover, this sculpture has a profiled texture with its clear recess along the lines of the highlighted grain of this sculpture, as shown in the illustrative material Fig. 2 and 5, wherein: 1.1.
