Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klucz do wkladek bebenkowych stosowanych w zam- kach drzwiowych i okiennych, klódkach i innych zamknieciach. Klucz jest oznaczony symbolem firmo- wym PKUA7. Klucze tego rodzaju maja najczesciej ksztalt plaski i sa wykonywane przewaznie z tasmy meta- lowej. Skladaja sie z czesci roboczej i uchwytu. W czesci roboczej mozna wyróznic czesc górna – gran, na której nacina sie zabki i czesc dolna – grzbiet. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac profili klucza przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukla- dzie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia klucz w widoku z boku a fig. 2 – profile klucza stanowiace odmiany 1-6 wzoru. Profil stanowi obrys poprzeczny czesci roboczej klucza pokazany w przekroju A-A. Jak uwidoczniono na rysunku profil klucza ma na bokach rowki stale 1, 2, 3, 4 i 5 wyznaczajace pólki oraz pólke podstawowa 6 usytuowane miedzy grania a grzbietem klucza. Obrys pólek jest polaczony z obrysem sasiadujacych rowków. Liczbe odmian 1-6 tworzy sie przez zmiane obrysu pólki podstawowej 6 poprzez nacinanie na niej rowków zmiennych 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 o róznej wielkosci i usytuowaniu. Odmiany róznia sie miedzy soba liczba i obrysem nacietych rowków. Oznaczenie elementów profilu klucza jest uwidocznione na odmianie 1 fig. 2. The key is marked with the trademark PKUA7. Keys of this type are most often flat and are made from a metal strip. They consist of a working part and a handle. The working part can be distinguished between an upper part – the gran, on which the teeth are cut, and a lower part – the spine. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of key profiles, manifested in the shape and surface arrangement. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the key from a side view, and Fig. 2 – key profiles constituting variants 1-6 of the design. The profile is the cross-sectional outline of the working part of the key, shown in cross-section A-A. As shown in the drawing, the key profile has fixed grooves 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 on its sides, defining the ledges, and a base ledge 6 located between the ridge and the spine of the key. The contours of the ledges are connected to the contours of the adjacent grooves. Variations 1-6 are created by changing the contour of base ledge 6 by cutting variable grooves 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 of varying sizes and locations. The variations differ in the number and contour of the cut grooves. The marking of the key profile elements is shown in variant 1 of fig. 2. Essential features of the industrial design The key is characterized by the shape of profiles 1-6, which is reflected in: – the number and outline of fixed grooves 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, – the location and shape of the basic shelf 6, – the outline of variable grooves 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 shaped on the basic shelf 6.
