Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego i jego odmian jest wymienialna oslona przeznaczona do zastosowania na typowych nogach cokolowych mebli o regulowanej wysokosci. Oslona przeznaczona jest jako wymienny element zdobniczy i funkcjonalny typowej nózki cokolowej mebli, wykonanej najczesciej z czarnego PCV, o regulowanej w niewielkim zakresie wysokosci. Nózki cokolowe o regulowanej wysokosci najczesciej spotyka sie w zestawach mebli kuchennych. Oslona pozwala na zmiane wygladu mebli z tradycyjnymi, oryginalnie zamontowanymi, nakladanymi frontowymi cokolami na popularne obecnie na rynku meblarskim zestawy z otwartym dolem. System taki byl dotad stosowany w meblach kuchennych, gdzie sprawdzil sie w uzyciu w ciagu dziesieciu lat. Oslona moze takze byc stosowana w innych rodzajach mebli. Istota wzoru w jego szesciu odmianach dotyczy ksztaltu oslony, który umozliwia objecie typowej nózki cokolowej, w postaci ksztaltu walcowatego. Nadto oslona posiada wzdluzne rozciecie umozliwiajace osadzenia oslonki na nózce cokolowej. Przedmiot wzoru w siedmiu kolejnych odmianach zostal uwidoczniony na ilustracji, na której: Fig. 1 przedstawia przedmiot wzoru w odmianie pierwszej tj. oslony o ksztalcie walca, z wzdluznym rozcieciem koloru szarego. The cover is intended as a replaceable decorative and functional element of a typical plinth leg of furniture, most often made of black PVC, with a small height adjustment. Plinth legs with adjustable height are most often found in kitchen furniture sets. The cover allows you to change the appearance of furniture with traditional, originally mounted, front plinths to sets with an open bottom, which are currently popular on the furniture market. Such a system has been used in kitchen furniture so far, where it has proven its worth in use over ten years. The cover can also be used in other types of furniture. The essence of the design in its six varieties concerns the shape of the cover, which enables it to embrace a typical plinth leg, in the form of a cylindrical shape. In addition, the cover has a longitudinal slit enabling the cover to be mounted on a plinth leg. The subject of the design in the seven subsequent varieties has been shown in the illustration, in which: Fig. 1 shows the subject of the design in the first variety, i.e. a cover in the shape of a cylinder, with a longitudinal slit of grey colour. In order to better illustrate the design, the cover is shown in a functional approach as mounted on the plinth legs of kitchen furniture; Fig. 2 shows the first variety of the design – a cover in the shape of a cylinder with a longitudinal slit, grey colour, in the view of the cover mounted on a typical plinth leg; Fig. 3 shows a cover constituting the first variant of the design – a cover in the shape of a cylinder with a longitudinal slit in grey colour, seen without a plinth leg, which leg is not the subject of the design; Fig. 4 shows the second variant of the design – a cover in the shape of a cylinder with a longitudinal slit in brown colour, seen with the cover mounted on a typical plinth leg, which leg is not the subject of the design; Fig. 5 shows a cover constituting the third variant of the design – a cover in the shape of a cylinder with a longitudinal slit in red colour; Fig. 6 shows a cover constituting the fourth variant of the design – a cover in the shape of a cylinder with a longitudinal slit in blue colour; Fig. 7 shows a cover constituting the fifth variant of the design – a cover in the shape of a cylinder with a longitudinal slit in the form of a transversely corrugated white pipe; Fig. 8 shows a cover constituting the sixth variant of the design – a cover in the shape of a cylinder with a longitudinal slit, which cover has a round seal in its lower part; sixth design – a cover in the shape of a cylinder with a longitudinal slit, which cover has a round seal in its lower part. The essential features of the industrial design and its variants are the features of the shape of the cover in a cylindrical form, which enables it to embrace a typical plinth leg. In addition, the cover has a longitudinal slit enabling the cover to be mounted on a plinth leg.
