Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka przeznaczona do przechowywania i transportowania plynów, zwlaszcza napojów. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii i ksztaltu oraz konturach wytworu. Butelka wedlug wzoru posiada okragla wklesla podstawe przy czym denko butelki charakteryzuje sie nietypowym ksztaltem, gdzie w centralnej czesci znajduje sie piec eliptycznych ksztaltów rozmieszczonych równomiernie wzgledem siebie i srodka podstawy, a w samym srodku denka znajduje sie okrag który jest zarazem punktem najwiekszej wkleslosci podstawy. Scianki boczne butelki tworza osiowo symetryczny wkleslo-wypukly korpus o pofalowanym ksztalcie, przy czym najwieksza wkleslosc znajduje sie w srodkowej czesci butelki. Butelka najszersza jest przy podstawie oraz w górnej czesci nad wklesloscia. Wkleslosci butelki utworzone sa poprzez eliptyczne ksztalty umiejscowione wzgledem osi wzdluznej, które zachodza na siebie w jednakowy sposób we wszystkich miejscach, jak równiez zachodza na dolna wypukla czesc butelki przy podstawie oraz wypukla czesc butelki w górnej czesci przy korku, tworzac zalamania. Ksztalt wzoru umozliwia stabilne oraz komfortowe trzymanie butelki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym na Fig. 1a przedstawiono butelke w widoku perspektywicznym ogólnym, Fig. 1b – butelke w widoku z boku, Fig. 2 – butelke z boku z innej perspektywy, Fig. 3 – denko butelki. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego butelki przejawiaja sie w tym, ze: ? butelka posiada osiowo symetryczny wkleslo-wypukly korpus, tworzacy pofalowany ksztalt, przy czym charakterystyczna wkleslosc znajduje sie w srodkowej czesci butelki, ? podstawa butelki jest wklesla o nietypowym ksztalcie, ? krawedzie butelki sa zaokraglone, ? jak to pokazano na zalaczonych rysunkach Fig. 1a, Fig. 1b, Fig. 2 oraz Fig. 3. The essence of the industrial design is the bottle's new and unique form, manifested in the features of its lines, shape, and contours. The bottle, according to the design, has a round, concave base, while the bottom is characterized by an unusual shape. In the central part, there are five elliptical shapes evenly spaced relative to each other and the center of the base. In the very center of the bottom, there is a circle, which is also the point of greatest concavity of the base. The side walls of the bottle form an axially symmetrical, concave-convex body with an undulating shape, with the greatest concavity located in the center of the bottle. The bottle is widest at the base and in the upper part above the concavity. The bottle's concavities are created by elliptical shapes positioned relative to the longitudinal axis, which overlap uniformly in all places, as well as overlapping the lower convex part of the bottle at the base and the convex part of the bottle in the upper part near the cork, creating creases. The shape of the design allows for a stable and comfortable hold. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which shows the bottle in a general perspective view in Fig. 1a, the bottle in a side view, Fig. 1b – the bottle in a side view, Fig. 2 – the bottle from a different perspective, and Fig. 3 – the bottom of the bottle. The essential features of the bottle's industrial design are: the bottle has an axially symmetrical concave-convex body, creating an undulating shape, with the characteristic concavity located in the central part of the bottle, the base of the bottle is concave and has an unusual shape, the edges of the bottle are rounded, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1a, Fig. 1b, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3.
