Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sztanga, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako sprzet sportowy do cwiczen silowych, stanowiacy wyposazenie domów i mieszkan, a takze silowni zamknietych i plenerowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, uklad linii, kontury, material wytworu oraz strukture powierzchni. Sztanga moze byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z drewna, z metalu, a takze z tworzyw sztucznych. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the shape, arrangement of lines, contours, material of the product and surface structure. The barbell can be manufactured in an industrial or handicraft way from wood, metal and also from plastics. The subject of the design is presented in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 illustrate the barbell in a perspective view from the side and from above, variant 1, while Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 present the barbell in a perspective view from the side and from above, variant 2. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design include that the barbell variant 1, presented in photographs Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, has the shape of a spatial solid close to a cylinder, with lateral longitudinal cutouts creating a recess for a through, elongated hole. Crossbars constituting a barbell are mounted in the hole. The crossbars have a round profile and are mounted both transversely and longitudinally. The round side surfaces of the ends of the barbell are wrapped with a rope. The ends of the barbell are equipped with pins attached to round covers, used to secure the load. The body of the barbell is made of a material styling a light wooden surface. The essential features of the industrial design include that the barbell variety 2, shown in Figures 3 and 4, has the shape of a spatial solid similar to a cylinder, with longitudinal side cutouts creating a recess for a through, elongated hole. Crossbars constituting the barbell are attached in the hole. The crossbars have a round profile and are mounted both transversely and longitudinally. The round side surfaces of the ends of the barbell are wrapped with a rope. The ends of the barbell are equipped with pins attached to round covers, used to secure the load.
