Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie z dozownikiem do sypkich produktów spozywczych, zwlaszcza przypraw, wykonane w ksztalcie torebki prostokatnej z papieru, papieru powleczonego folia, folii lub z podobnych elastycznych materialów, którego boki sa zgrzane lub sklejone ze soba. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie i usytuowaniu go na scianie frontowej opakowania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1–4, na których fig. 1 – przedstawia opakowanie w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 – to samo opakowanie w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 – to samo opakowanie w widoku z boku, a fig. 4 – to samo opakowanie z odkrecona pokrywka dozownika w widoku perspektywicznym. Opakowanie z dozownikiem do sypkich produktów spozywczych pokazane na fig. 1–4 stanowi torebka, której wszystkie boki polaczone sa zgrzewami laczacymi jej sciane frontowa ze sciana tylna, majaca w widoku z przodu ksztalt prostokata. Do sciany frontowej tej torebki w jej jednym górnym narozu tuz obok jej obu zgrzewów przymocowany jest pierscieniowy kolnierz niskiej nagwintowanej tulejki okraglej, której czolo zaslepione jest dnem perforowanym okraglymi otworami, przyslonietymi pokrywa nakrecona na te tulejke dozownika. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape and positioning on the front wall of the package. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1-4, in which Fig. 1 shows the package from the front, Fig. 2 shows the same package from the back, Fig. 3 shows the same package from the side, and Fig. 4 shows the same package with the dispenser lid unscrewed in a perspective view. The packaging with a dispenser for loose food products shown in Figs. 1–4 is a bag whose sides are all joined by welds connecting its front wall to its rear wall, which is rectangular in front view. Attached to the front wall of this bag, at one upper corner, just next to both welds, is an annular collar for a low, threaded circular sleeve, the face of which is plugged with a bottom perforated with circular holes, covered by a cover screwed onto the dispenser sleeve.
