Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dookolna lampa ostrzegawcza, która wyposazona w zródlo zasilania, znajduje zastosowanie do sygnalizacji ostrzegawczej swietlnej na pojazdach uprzywilejowanych, w drogownictwie oraz innych miejscach, które wymagaja tego typu urzadzen. Lampy te w szczególnosci znajduja zastosowanie do oswietlenia ostrzegawczego, sygnalowego pomocy drogowej, strazy pozarnej, sluzb drogowych, policji, pogotowia ratunkowego. Nowymi i oryginalnymi cechami wzoru przemyslowego lampy ostrzegawczej jest jej nowa postac przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, liniach, walorach uzytkowych oswietlenia poprzez wyposazenie wnetrza w elementy swiecace i estetyke wykonania. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy ksztalt lampy ostrzegawczej wynikajacy z konstrukcji jej obudowy i wyposazenia. Lampa ostrzegawcza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zostala przedstawiona na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia jej widok z boku, fig. 2 ukazuje jej widok z góry, fig. 3 widok z dolu, Lampa ostrzegawcza ma aerodynamiczny ksztalt przypominajacy figure stozka o zaokraglonych górnych krawedziach, jej budowa ma ksztalt przyblizonego walca o zaokraglonej podstawie, w której znajduja sie moduly LED, cala budowa jest z przezroczystego tworzywa sztucznego. Obudowa posiada uchwyty mocujace na stale do dachu pojazdu. Lampa w widoku z boku ma ksztalt stozka zlozonego z podstawa przy czym w dolne znajduje sie uchwyt na mocowaniu stalym. Z widoku z góry ma ksztalt stozka scietego, którego powierzchnia jest wieksza od dolnej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. These lamps are particularly suitable for warning and signal lighting for roadside assistance, fire departments, road services, police, and ambulance services. The new and original features of the industrial design of the warning lamp include its new form, manifested in its shape, lines, functional lighting qualities through the inclusion of internal luminous elements, and the aesthetics of its workmanship. The subject of the industrial design is the new shape of the warning lamp resulting from the design of its housing and fittings. The warning lamp, based on the industrial design, is shown in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows a side view, Fig. 2 shows a top view, and Fig. 3 shows a bottom view. The warning lamp has an aerodynamic shape resembling a cone with rounded upper edges. Its structure is roughly cylindrical with a rounded base containing the LED modules. The entire structure is made of transparent plastic. The housing has brackets for permanent mounting to the vehicle roof. From a side view, the lamp has the shape of a cone combined with the base, with the lower part having a bracket on a permanent mount. From a top view, it has the shape of a truncated cone, the surface of which is larger than the lower part. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration.
