Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny, przeznaczony do umieszczania go zwlaszcza na profilach rurowych i etykietach profili rurowych oraz na opakowaniach i róznorodnych materialach reklamujacych te produkty, a w razie potrzeby wraz z dodatkowymi informacjami slownymi umieszczonymi na tym znaku graficznym. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu jego elemen- tów, ich ukladu i kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony w zestawie ilustracji przedstawiajacych odmiany tego wzoru przemyslowego. Poszczególne figury zestawu ilustracji przedstawiaja: fig. 1 – pierwsza odmiana znaku graficznego, w kolorach bialym i czarnym. fig. 2 – druga odmiana znaku graficznego, w kolorach czarnym i bialym. fig. 3 – trzecia odmiana znaku graficznego, w kolorach szarym i czarnym. Odmiana 1. Znak graficzny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowia dwa usytuowane obok siebie na bialym tle kola w kolorze czarnym wewnatrz których znajduja sie symetryczne figury geometryczne o ksztal- cie zblizonym do trójkata równobocznego, którego boki sa lukami wypuklymi w strone srodka kola, w kolorze bialym. Odmiana 2. Znak graficzny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada ksztalt jak w odmianie pierwszej z tym, ze kola posiadaja kolor bialy, zas tlo i figury geometryczne posiadaja kolor czarny. Odmiana 3. Znak graficzny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada ksztalt jak w odmianie pierwszej z tym, ze kola posiadaja kolor czarny, zas tlo i figury geometryczne posiadaja kolor szary. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the features of the shape of its elements, their arrangement and colours. The subject of the industrial design has been shown in a set of illustrations presenting variations of this industrial design. The individual figures of the set of illustrations show: fig. 1 – first variation of the graphic sign, in white and black colours. fig. 2 – second variation of the graphic sign, in black and white colours. fig. 3 – third variation of the graphic sign, in grey and black colours. Variation 1. The graphic sign according to the industrial design consists of two black circles placed next to each other on a white background, inside which there are symmetrical geometric figures in a shape similar to an equilateral triangle, the sides of which are convex arcs towards the centre of the circle, in white. Variation 2. The graphic sign according to the industrial design has the shape as in the first variant, except that the circles are white, while the background and geometric figures are black. Variation 3. The graphic sign according to the industrial design has the shape as in the first variant, except that the circles are black, while the background and geometric figures are grey. Essential features of an industrial design A graphic sign according to an industrial design is characterized by the following features common to all varieties: – it consists of two circles placed next to each other on a uniform background, inside which there are symmetrical geometric figures with a shape similar to an equilateral triangle, the sides of which are convex arcs towards the center of the circle.
