Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest fotel skladany z mozliwoscia podwójnego wykorzystywania, najkorzystniej w warunkach domowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie oraz zestawienie skladowych elementów meblowych fotela skladanego pozwalajace na latwe formowanie mebla do wykorzystania w polozeniu siedzacym, czy na fotelu lub pufie. Istotnym jest, ze zmiana postaci mebla nie wymaga wysilku fizycznego i po rozlozeniu lub zlozeniu zachowuje ta sama wysokosc siedziska. Fotel skladany charakteryzuje sie prosta, zwarta, lekka budowa, mogaca stanowic samodzielny mebel lub byc czescia skladowa stylowego kompletu mebli. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial design and arrangement of the folding armchair's components, allowing for easy transformation into a seated piece, an armchair, or a pouffe. Importantly, changing the shape of the furniture requires no physical effort, and it maintains the same seat height after unfolding or folding. The folding armchair is characterized by a simple, compact, and lightweight structure, capable of serving as a standalone piece of furniture or as part of a stylish furniture set. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a folding armchair in the form of a pouffe; Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the folding armchair in the folded position; Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of the folding armchair in the folded position. As shown in the drawing documentation, the folding armchair according to the industrial design, in the form of a pouffe, comprises a furniture box, inside which is a frame with a mechanism for lifting the lower seat cushion, on which the upper seat cushion rests, hingedly connected to the rear surface of the furniture box, thus creating the possibility of angular tilting of the upper seat cushion, obtaining, together with the lower seat cushion, a functional furniture shape in the form of an armchair. The side surfaces of the upper and lower seat cushions are transversely immobilized by side support rails shaped on the upper edges of the side walls of the furniture box. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The folding armchair, in the form of a pouffe, contains a furniture box, inside which is a frame with a mechanism for lifting the lower seat cushion. The upper seat cushion rests on this frame and is hinged to the rear surface of the furniture box, allowing the upper seat cushion to be tilted at an angle, achieving, together with the lower seat cushion, a functional armchair-like furniture shape. 2.
