Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy i posiadajacy indywidualny charakter ksztalt porcelanowych naczyn, przejawiajacy sie zwlaszcza w wyprofilowanym ksztalcie ucha. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique shape of the porcelain tableware, particularly in the contoured shape of the handle.
