Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oprawa oswietleniowa przeznaczona do osadzania w niej rozmaitych zródel swiatla. Oprawa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiona jest w odmianach na rysunku zbiorczym – fig. 1 i fig. 2. Ponadto na dodatkowych arkuszach fig. 1A i fig. 2A przedstawione sa poszczególne odmiany oprawy w powiekszeniu, ze wskazaniem nierównej dlugosci ramion. W kazdej odmianie oprawa ma postac przestrzennej wydluzonej owalnej rurowej bryly zamocowanej na elemencie nosnym osadzonym niesymetrycznie wzgledem dlugosci oprawy, z wyznaczeniem ramienia dluzszego i krótszego i z zachowaniem balansu. W odmianie pierwszej, przedstawionej na fig. 1, oprawa ma postac bryly o przekroju poprzecznym owalnym, usytuowanej dluzszym promieniem przekroju prostopadle do powierzchni mocowania. The fixture according to the industrial design is shown in variants in the collective drawing – Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. Furthermore, additional sheets, Fig. 1A and Fig. 2A, show individual variants of the fixture in enlarged detail, indicating the unequal arm lengths. In each variant, the fixture takes the form of a three-dimensional, elongated, oval, tubular shape mounted on a support element mounted asymmetrically in relation to the fixture's length, with a longer and shorter arm defined and maintaining balance. In the first variant, shown in Fig. 1, the fixture takes the form of a solid with an oval cross-section, with the longer radius of the cross-section perpendicular to the mounting surface. In the second variant, shown in Fig. 2, the fixture has the form of a solid with an oval cross-section, with the shorter cross-section radius positioned perpendicularly to the mounting surface.
