Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta opakowania przeznaczona do pakowania wyrobów spozywczych, w szczególnosci ciastek. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, barwie i kompozycji graficznej, nadajaca etykiecie swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Wzór przemyslowy przeznaczony jest do odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na Fig. 1 pokazano opakowanie w formie niezlozonej planszy. Na zamknieciu opakowania umieszczony jest wizerunek produktu oraz czerwony pól-owal z napisem „Witpol". The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of lines, color, and graphic composition, giving the label a unique and original appearance. The industrial design is intended for reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the packaging in the form of an unfolded board. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: 1. The packaging according to the design is characterized by its front part featuring a semi-oval with the inscription "Witpol," drawings of grains and leaves, and fanciful inscriptions in a distinctive font. 2. The packaging closure features an image of the product and a red semi-oval with the inscription "Witpol."
