Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik odswiezacza powietrza, znajdujacy zastosowanie przy konfekcjonowaniu substancji zapachowych, wykorzystywanych do napachniania przestrzeni pomieszczen mieszkalnych i biurowych, a takze mebli, w szczególnosci szaf. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, forme, uklad linii, strukture powierzchni oraz material wytworu. Pojemnik moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z tworzyw sztucznych, a takze z metalu i szkla. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym na Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4 przedstawiono pojemnik odmiana 1, zas na Fig. 5 i Fig. 6 uwidoczniono pojemnik odmiana 2. Pojemnik jest wykonany z transparentnego materialu. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, odmiana 2, przedstawionego na ilustracjach Fig. 5, Fig. 6, nalezy zaliczyc, ze pojemnik ma ksztalt zblizony do bryly prostopadlosciennej, o wglebionych bocznych sciankach oraz wygietych lukowo wkleslych bocznych krawedziach. Wglebienia scianek bocznych tworza niecki. Pojemnik zaopatrzony jest w okragle wieczko, majace zarys walca. Powierzchnia wieczka posiada perforacje. Perforacja wykonana jest za pomoca otworów o rózno- rodnym ksztalcie, tworzacych zdobienie. Zdobienie wieczka przypomina rozete, utworzona z promieniscie usytuowanych form o kolistym zarysie, zwiekszajacych swoja wielkosc ku zewnetrznej krawedzi wieczka. Podstawa pojemnika jest wklesla, posiada okragle wglebienie. The essence of the design is the new and unique appearance of the product, given to it by the shape, form, line layout, surface structure, and material of the product. The container may be manufactured industrially or by hand from plastic, metal, and glass. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4 show container variant 1, while Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 show container variant 2. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design, variant 1, shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4 include that the container has a shape close to a cuboid, with recessed side walls and arched, concave side edges. The recesses of the side walls form basins. The base of the container is concave, with a circular recess. The upper part of the container has a circular opening surrounded by a flange. The container is made of a transparent material. The essential features of the industrial design, variant 2, shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, include that the container has a shape similar to a cuboid, with recessed side walls and arched, concave side edges. The recesses in the side walls form basins. The container has a round, cylindrical lid. The lid surface is perforated. The perforation is made using holes of various shapes, creating a decorative feature. The lid's decoration resembles a rosette, composed of radially arranged circular shapes that increase in size towards the outer edge of the lid. The base of the container is concave and has a circular recess.
