Description

Wynalazek niniejszy dotyczy sposobu wytwarzania preparatów leczniczych, ko¬ smetycznych i podobnych przy uzyciu no¬ snika czynnych skladników tych prepara¬ tów. Nosnik wedlug wynalazku niniejszego mozna wytwarzac z fluorku krzemu przez przemiane z wodnym roztworem kwasu krzemofluorowodorowego i odpowiednie przemycie uzyskanego przytem produktu stalego. Potrzebne ilosci SiF4 wytwarza sie z 200 kg fluorytu, 100 kg piasku kwarcowego i 240 kg surowego kwasu siarkowego o mo¬ cy 66°Be. Powierzchnia pro¬ duktów wytworzonych jest wieksza, jesli proces wytwarzania uskutecznia sie w wyz¬ szej temperaturze, a mniejsza — jesli pro¬ ces ten przeprowadza sie w nizszej tem¬ peraturze.Dalsze zmniejszenie zawartosci fluoru mozna osiagnac przez wymywanie otrzy¬ manej masy.Badania, przeprowadzone sposobem Debey-Scherrer'a, wykazaly, ze osiaga sie czyste cialo adsorbujace, czyli produkt bezpostaciowy o zmiennej budowie, a nie niejednolita substancje chemiczna.W celu uzyskania produktu mozliwie stalego zaleca sie w celu utrzymania jed¬ nakowego stezenia roztworu kwasu krze¬ mofluorowodorowego dodawac odpowied¬ nie ilosci wody, ewentualnie w postaci pa¬ ry. PL PLThe present invention relates to a method for producing medicinal, cosmetic and similar preparations using a carrier for the active ingredients of these preparations. According to the invention, the carrier used is a dried silicic acid gel (xerogel) with a particle size usually ranging from 1 to 100 µ, containing hydrofluoric acid or other acidic fluorine compounds bound by adsorption. The adsorption binding of the fluorine compound is such that when moisture or water is present, hydrofluoric acid or another acidic fluorine compound is released only very slowly in great dilution. The carrier according to the invention, containing 6-10% F, calculated as HF, is completely harmless in use, but it has a preservative and disinfecting effect, killing microorganisms. It can be used as a carrier for active ingredients for various purposes, e.g. for the production of medicinal or cosmetic agents, etc. A characteristic feature of the carrier according to the present invention is that, thanks to the content of fluorine compounds in the adsorptive combination, it has a splitting and separating effect on the substances bound to the carrier, thus providing them with an unusually large active surface. The additionally adsorbent combination of fluorine has the effect that substances that are easily decomposed under the action of air or microorganisms are permanently fixed. The carrier according to the present invention can be prepared from silicon fluoride by reaction with an aqueous solution of silicofluoric acid and appropriate washing of the product obtained in this way. For example, the procedure is as follows: SiF4 is introduced into a chamber containing 400 l of an aqueous solution of silicofluoric acid with a specific gravity of 1.2 using a suction pump. The required amounts of SiF4 are prepared from 200 kg of fluorspar, 100 kg of quartz sand, and 240 kg of crude sulfuric acid of 66°Be. The temperature of the silicofluoric acid is 20-25°C and is raised by the heat of the reaction to 40-50°C. Immediately after the introduction of silicon fluoride, a mist forms in the chamber and a precipitate collects on the surface. This precipitate is removed from the chamber, suctioned off, and washed only until the silicofluoric acid reaction ceases. In this way, approximately 10 kg of dry silica xerogel containing a high amount of fluorine is obtained. The resulting product contains approximately 8-10% F, calculated as HF. The product is extremely fine-grained and has a (loosely packed) specific gravity of approximately 0.04-0.05. The surface area of the particles is approximately 150 m² per 1 g, depending on the temperatures used. The fluorine content of the carrier can vary widely. A carrier with a higher fluorine content is obtained by using more concentrated silicofluoric acid and higher temperatures. From a lower concentration of silicofluoric acid, e.g. with a specific gravity of 1.15 and a temperature of 0°-5°C, an adsorbent body with a lower fluorine content is obtained, e.g. 6-1% F, calculated as HF. In general, when carrying out work using a lower concentration of fluoric acid, e.g. also with an acid with a specific gravity of 1.04-1.05, adsorbent bodies with a lower fluorine content are obtained. Adsorbent bodies produced at low temperatures have a greater capacity to absorb foreign substances. In some cases, the heat of reaction must be removed by cooling, and therefore the temperature required in each individual case must be maintained by appropriate means, especially when the adsorbent body has a low fluorine content. The surface area of the products obtained is larger if the production process is carried out at a higher temperature, and smaller if the process is carried out at a lower temperature. Further reduction of the fluorine content can be achieved by washing out the obtained mass. Studies conducted using the Deby-Scherrer method have shown that a pure adsorbent body is obtained, i.e., an amorphous product with a variable structure, and not a heterogeneous chemical substance. In order to obtain a product as solid as possible, it is recommended to add appropriate amounts of water, possibly in the form of steam, to maintain a uniform concentration of the silicofluoric acid solution. For example, finely atomized water or steam can be added to silicon fluoride before it is brought into contact with silicofluoric acid. The carrier according to the present invention can also be prepared by combining colloidal silicic acid with fluorine compounds or by acting on silicic acid with fluorine salts, e.g. fluorine salts, preferably SiF4. 2HF. H2O, SiF4. 2HF. 4H2O, CaF2. HF. 6H2O, TiO2F2. 2HF, ZrOF2. xH2O, ZrOF2. 2HF. 2H2O, HSi2OAF, SiO2F2. 2HF, Si(OH)2. F2(SiO2. 2HFJ. The above compounds form an adsorbent body with silicic acid which, in the presence of moisture, releases a fluorine compound of acidic character in relatively great dilution. In the presence of moisture, for example, from the adsorbent silica xerogel with Si(OH)2F2, silicofluoric acid is formed according to the following equations: 1) SiF2. (OH)2 → SiOH + HF, \F 2) Si-OH → SiO2 + HF. \F The carrier according to the present invention is advantageously used for the production of powders, pastes and ointments used for skin and body care and for protection against harmful substances. To obtain the appropriate therapeutic agents and cosmetic preparations, the carrier is impregnated with metal salts, therapeutic substances, proteins, and other substances essential for the treatment process. Additional substances may include zinc salts, mercury, silver and gold salts, copper salts, and salts that have a disinfecting or beneficial effect on other additional substances. Possible added drugs include metals or metalloids or their compounds in colloidal form, e.g., sulfur, boric acid, and similar substances. These substances can be produced directly on the surface of the adsorbent body. This type of carrier, containing boric acid or sulfur, has a previously unknown large volume. The carrier, loaded with salts, medicinal substances, etc., is well suited for mixing with diatomaceous earth. The carrier, together with its additives, forms a coating on the surface of the diatomaceous earth particles and is perfectly separated on this surface. The mass prepared in this way can then be mixed with protein, thus producing, on the one hand, colloidal silica charged with medicinal substances, and on the other hand, colloidal silica charged with protein, which binds both silica masses together, and then this mixture is added to the diatomaceous earth, or first each of these charged silicas is added to the diatomaceous earth and then the mixture is prepared. The protein can be used in any form, including in the form of protein preparations, especially partially reconstituted milk albumin, so-called non-solid milk albumin, which has not yet been reconstituted to albumin and which can be fixed. in this state and used for medicinal and cosmetic purposes in the form of hydrogels and hydrosols. This protein fixation is probably related to the special combination of fluorine with silicic acid, and also affects the molecular arrangement and loosening of silicic acid, which depends on the temperature at which this protein fixation process is carried out. The resulting medicinal or cosmetic agents are used, for example, against rashes, ulcers, or general skin diseases. By using the carrier according to the present invention, it is also possible to obtain medicinal agents for internal use, especially agents against diseases of the intestines and other internal organs. For this purpose, the procedure is as follows. The carrier produced according to the present invention is combined with a metal salt and diatomaceous earth and for this purpose processed in a suitable machine at a high number of revolutions per minute, whereby a fine precipitate of the diatomaceous earth disinfectant is obtained by means of a colloid. In the second working period, fresh, colloidal, e.g. partially reconstituted milk protein is placed on a carrier according to the present invention, optionally prepared in advance with salt and other agents, and then a mixture of diatomaceous earth, carrier and metal salt is combined with the mixture consisting of carrier and colloidal milk protein.
