The industrial design takes the form of an elongated box in the shape of a horizontal cuboid with a vertically upward-extending rear wall. The novelty and originality of the industrial design are evident in its shape and the graphic, color, and wording arrangement on the front wall of the packaging. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustration, which shows the sulfur antibacterial serum packaging in a perspective front view. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN: The packaging, according to the industrial design, takes the form of an elongated box in the shape of a horizontal cuboid with a vertically upward-extending rear wall, with a horizontal hanging cutout in the center at the top, rounded in its central section. On the vertical and horizontal front walls of the packaging, there is a white rectangle with a small left and larger upper orange margin. The upper part of the rectangle, located on the elongated rectangular rear wall of the box, has a distinctly rounded upper left corner. At the end of the upper right side of the white rectangle is a cutout in the shape of a falling teardrop, matching the orange background color of the packaging. At the top of the white rectangle, located on the elongated vertically upward rear wall of the box, to the left of the cutout imitating a falling teardrop, is a set of words "Barwa Siarkowa" (Siar Color), composed of relatively large blue printed letters, the first letters "B" and "S" being uppercase and the remaining lowercase. Beneath the words "Barwa Siarkowa" (Sulfur Bar) are the product's name, in medium-sized blue block letters in English: "sulfur antibacterial serum" (with a slash), and below that in smaller blue block letters in Polish: "sulfur antibacterial serum." Below the product name is a horizontal, underlining line in orange. To the right of the inscriptions, beneath a distinctive cutout imitating a falling teardrop, is the shape of an impressed seal with the right side cut off. In the center is a drawing of a stylized parrot in purple, surrounded by two circles forming a ring. Between these circles are alternating inscriptions in English and Polish, separated by an asterisk, consisting of the words: since 1949 – tradition since 1949, written in small purple font. The lower part of the seal overlaps the front horizontal upper part of the box cover, on the left side against a white background are inscriptions in English about the serum's purpose and use, written in small blue block letters: application area: face and body to prevent: skin imperfections, how to use: every day, with the words in the lines after the colon written in bold.
