Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy i oryginalny mebel – barek przejawiajacy sie w kolorystyce, ukladzie linii, elementów i polaczeniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Mebel – barek w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci pionowej powierzchni, która posiada dookola czesci zewnetrznych krawedzi czerwona listwe dekoracyjna, a wewnetrzna czesc prostopadloscianu jest w postaci stylizowanej jasnej powierzchni oraz ciemnej czesci, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji fig. 1. Mebel – barek przedstawiony na fig. 1 posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci prostopadloscianu, dookola którego czesci zewnetrznych krawedzi umieszczona jest czerwona listwa dekoracyjna, a wewnetrzna czesc prostopadloscianu jest w postaci stylizowanej jasnej powierzchni podzielonej na mniejsze pola oraz brazowej czesci podzielonej na mniejsze fragmenty, umieszczonej po jednej stronie prostopadloscianu, przy czym brazowa czesc w czesci fragmentów jest otwarta, a w czesci fragmentów zamknieta, zas pomiedzy jasna powierzchnia a czerwona listwa dekoracyjna jest wolna przestrzen, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji fig. 1. The furniture - bar in the shape of a cuboid has essential features of an industrial design in the form of a vertical surface which has a red decorative strip around the outer edges, and the inner part of the cuboid is in the form of a stylized light surface and a dark part, as shown in the attached illustration Fig. 1. The furniture - bar according to the pattern is shown in a perspective view in the attached illustration Fig. 1. The furniture - bar shown in Fig. 1 has essential features of an industrial design in the form of a cuboid, around the outer edges of which a red decorative strip is placed, and the inner part of the cuboid is in the form of a stylized light surface divided into smaller fields and a brown part divided into smaller fragments, placed on one side of the cuboid, wherein the brown part is open in some fragments and closed in some fragments, while There is a free space between the light surface and the red decorative strip, as shown in the attached illustration Fig. 1.
