Panel scienny wedlug wzoru podnosi walory estetyczne i stwarza nowe mozliwosci w zakresie wykanczania scian wewnetrz- nych budynków. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac panelu, przejawiajaca sie w jego cechach ukladu linii, konturów i kolorystyki. Stosowane dotychczas w budownictwie panele przy wykanczaniu scian wewnetrznych budyn- ków sa wykonane z gipsu, betonu, masy palmowo–kokosowej, styropianu, wszelkiego rodzaju kom- pozytów mineralnych, akrylowych, ceramicznych, szklanych. Panel scienny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest wykonany z materialu drewnopochodnego MDF, o ksztalcie prostokatnym lub kwadratowym. Plyta panelu po stronie dekoracyjnej, wzdluz ze- wnetrznych krawedzi posiada faze. Kat fazy wynosi 45 ?. Szerokosc fazy wynosi 2 mm. Panel scienny wystepuje w nastepujacych wymiarach, wyrazonych w cm: 70 x 35, 60 x 35, 20 x 20, 100 x 20, przy czym grubosc wynosi 16 mm, a glebokosc reliefu wynosi 8 mm, a kat zejscia frezu w reliefie wynosi 45 ?. Panel scienny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada nastepujace wspólne cechy istotne doty- czace konturów i ukladu linii profilowanej przedniej sciany panelu, dla wszystkich dziesieciu odmian kolorystycznych: w widoku z góry ma ksztalt plyty pocietej sfazowanymi rowkami w liniach prostych na kwadraty. Kwadraty posiadaja powierzchnie gladka lub sa z reliefem wglebnym o ksztalcie trójkatów równoramiennych. Sfazowania reliefu sa pod katem 45 ?. Rozmieszczenie kwadratów zarówno glad- kich jak i z reliefem na powierzchni plyty jest w szyku dowolnym, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych ilustracjach, fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7, fig. 8, fig. 9 i fig. 10. The wall panel, as designed, enhances the aesthetic value and creates new possibilities for finishing interior walls of buildings. The essence of the industrial design is the new and original form of the panel, manifested in its line arrangement, contours, and color scheme. Previously used panels for finishing interior walls of buildings are made of plaster, concrete, coconut palm pulp, polystyrene, and various types of mineral, acrylic, ceramic, and glass composites. The wall panel, as designed, is made of MDF wood-based material and is rectangular or square in shape. The panel board is beveled on the decorative side along the outer edges. The bevel angle is 45°. The bevel width is 2 mm. The wall panel is available in the following dimensions, expressed in cm: 70 x 35, 60 x 35, 20 x 20, and 100 x 20, with a thickness of 16 mm, a relief depth of 8 mm, and a milling angle of 45°. The wall panel, according to the industrial design, has the following common essential features regarding the contours and line layout of the profiled front face of the panel, for all ten color varieties: in a top view, it has the shape of a board cut into squares by chamfered grooves in straight lines. The squares have a smooth surface or are with a recessed relief in the shape of isosceles triangles. The relief chamfers are at a 45° angle. The arrangement of squares, both smooth and with relief, on the surface of the panel is in a random pattern, as shown in the attached illustrations, fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7, fig. 8, fig. 9 and fig. 10.
