Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nakladka na znicz przeznaczona do jego oslony przed niekorzystnymi warunkami pogodowymi, zwlaszcza wiatrem i deszczem. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi jego nowa i indywidualna postac przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznym ukladzie linii wzoru przemyslowego, wzornictwie oraz kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym w postaci rysunku, na którym fig. 1 – przedstawia nakladke w widoku z przodu, a fig. 2 – nakladke w widoku z góry. Nakladka posiada podstawe o ksztalcie bryly zlozonej z trzech nalozonych na siebie walców, w góre o coraz mniejszych ich srednicach, której walec górny jest zakonczony stozkiem, na którym jest umieszczona piecioramienna gwiazda o prostych krawedziach i dluzszych ramionach z wpisana w nia osiowo piecioramienna gwiazda o ramionach krótszych, posiadajacych równiez proste krawedzie. W czesci stozkowej nasadka posiada ostrokrawedziaste o ksztalcie rombu uwypuklenia. Zarówno w podstawie jak i w gwiazdach sa wykonane przelotowe otwory umozliwiajace wydobywanie sie na zewnatrz spalin z palacej sie swiecy czy tez wkladu znicza. The essence of the industrial design is its new and individual form manifested in the characteristic arrangement of the lines of the industrial design, design and colours. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material in the form of a drawing, in which fig. 1 – shows the torch cover in a front view, and fig. 2 – the torch cover in a top view. The torch cover has a base in the shape of a solid composed of three superimposed cylinders, upwards with their diameters decreasing, the upper cylinder of which is finished with a cone, on which a five-pointed star with straight edges and longer arms is placed, with a five-pointed star with shorter arms inscribed axially in it, also having straight edges. In the conical part, the cap has sharp-edged, rhombus-shaped convexities. Both in the base and in the stars there are through holes that allow exhaust fumes from the burning candle or candle insert to escape.
