Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie powierzchni, linii i konturów. Wózek moze byc wykonywany z róznych materialów oraz w dowolnych kolorach. Wzór przemyslowy pokazano na fotografiach, z których Fig. 1a przedstawia wózek w widoku z przodu, Fig. 1b – widok z boku wózka z rozlozona calkowicie budka i oslonka przeciwsloneczna, Fig. 1c – widok wózka z boku z rozlozona calkowicie budka i podwinieta oslonka przeciwsloneczna, Fig. 1d – widok ogólny wózka z rozlozona czesciowo budka i oslonka przeciwsloneczna, Fig. 1e – widok ogólny wózka, z czesciowo rozlozona budka i podwinieta oslonka przeciwsloneczna. Do obrzeza budki jest przymocowana oslonka przeciwsloneczna, która w stanie rozpostartym ma postac pólksiezycowego pasa, usytuowanego pod katem w stosunku do powierzchni przedniego segmentu budki. Rozwiniety tylko pierwszy segment budki ma postac wycinka czaszy, a rozpostarta oslonka przeciwsloneczna jest nachylona nieco do wnetrzu wózka. Z rama sa polaczone dwa wsporniki tylnych kól, które to wsporniki sa osadzone przegubowo w nakladkach obejmujacych fragment ramy. Do nakladek jest przymocowany palak. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product, manifested in the shape, arrangement of surfaces, lines, and contours. The stroller can be made of various materials and in any color. The industrial design is shown in photographs, of which Fig. 1a shows the stroller from the front; Fig. 1b – a side view of the stroller with the canopy and sun visor fully extended; Fig. 1c – a side view of the stroller with the canopy and sun visor fully rolled up; Fig. 1d – a general view of the stroller with the canopy and sun visor partially extended; Fig. 1e – a general view of the stroller with the canopy and sun visor partially extended. The stroller features two front wheels mounted on a frame that curves at the bottom, creating a semi-circular front with the footrest and riser. An elliptical handle extends the frame, connected to the frame via cylindrical joints for adjusting the handle's angle relative to the frame. The two-segment canopy is suspended on three rods, articulated on the frame. When fully extended, the canopy creates a gable roof, the edge of which protects the seat. A sunshade is attached to the canopy's edge; when extended, it forms a crescent-shaped strip, positioned at an angle relative to the canopy's front segment. When extended, only the first segment of the canopy forms a section of a canopy, while the extended sunshade is angled slightly towards the inside of the stroller. Two rear wheel supports are connected to the frame, which are pivotally mounted in brackets that span a section of the frame. A bar is attached to the brackets. Significant features of the presented industrial design include two front wheels mounted on a frame that is arched at the bottom, creating a semi-circular front with the footrest and riser. When fully extended, the canopy creates a gable roof. A sunshade is attached to the canopy's perimeter, which, when extended, forms a crescent-shaped strip, angled relative to the canopy's front segment.
