The new and original features of the industrial design for the furniture folding and unfolding mechanism are its new form, manifested in the lines, contours, shape, and original construction resulting from the shape of the connecting rod elements permanently attached to the base in the form of a steel flat bar attached to the furniture's bedding box, which forms the base of the furniture. Fig. 1 shows a front view of the connecting rod, while Fig. 2 shows the connecting rod from above. The mechanism is permanently attached to the furniture seat, creating the shape of an articulated quadrilateral. The rods are shaped to form a quadrilateral articulated arm in the shape of the letter "H," with the upper part of the arm arcing into its middle section, which is rectangular in shape at the bottom with a rounded lower section, giving the rods an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The rods connect the mechanism base to the bracket. The rear rod is shaped so that the upper dimension of the rod also acts as a limiter for the mechanism's movement, resting against the horizontal shelf of the bracket. The front and rear rods are spring-coupled at their attachment points so that the spring is tensioned in both the sitting and lying positions, and loosens when the seat is moved from the sitting to the lying position. The advantage of the mechanism according to the design is that when the seat is moved, the seat performs a pendulum-sliding movement, each time cushioned in its lower position by a spring. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The essential features of the furniture's folding and unfolding mechanism, which distinguish it from others, are the new form of the mechanism, manifested in its shape, line layout, construction, and aesthetics. The new form is manifested in the features of the lines, contours, shape, and original construction resulting from the shape of the mechanism's components. The pull mechanism is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows its front view, and Fig. 2 its top view. The mechanism has rods permanently attached to a base in the form of a steel flat bar attached to the furniture's bedding box or base.
